Dude is 18 years old...He is not a teen, He is an ADULT. Look at the law...stop saying they are juveniles. By the time a person is 10 years old, they know, not to steal.
You know they'll never do that for robbery, they don't even enforce the law for cold blooded murderers. The court system & judges are going to HAVE TO start taking responsibility for not administering justice, and then they do it to more victims. Prosecute the leniency for dereliction of duty to the public.
@@elizabethjarvie6077 America appears to be at a tipping point where they must choose between being incredibly aggressive on crime (including expanding qualifying factors for capital punishment) or losing their nation to decay and disease from within. I'm hoping for the former, banking on the latter. I would say they have about a decade left of relative order and peace before the lid blows off. They'll have to decide whether they want to cater to their families/communities or to coddle the criminal element that will bring America's destruction if left unchecked.
Cant believe in this day and age people will leave their cars unlocked. Once a Juvenile commits several crimes should they still be treated by the courts as juveniles? Hard punishment for them and no plea deals.

They start young. By 12 or 13 these little POS's are doing felony type crime. I have arrested 18 year olds with 20 felony arrests. Still out on the street, creating more and more victims. Our justice system is broken. Now, with this leftist liberal bullshit of defunding the police, they are giving these criminals the green light to do whatever they want!

At 18 years old I was wrapping up my senior year of highschool with a solid GPA and preparing for a finance degree at college. That summer I went on a choir tour. These are not "kids" losing their way. They have chosen a criminal lifestyle, so treat them as such.
What needs to happen is permitting law abiding citizens to defend themselves AND their property. If carjacking often resulted in getting shot as a normal outcome? Watch carjacking almost disappear. No consequences breeds more bad behaviors

I always lock my car even if I'm standing next to it and I'm always looking around me at all times. Too many people looking at their cell phones and not watching their surroundings.
These young men are completely misunderstood. They merely went to the gas station to fill out job applications and then realized they could apply on-line from home. They then left in a hurry to get home before the jobs were filled.

I carry all the time in cutting the grass. I own expensive cars that I built and not going to have them taken from me. I carry a 45 mm for maximum damage. Their mommy can cry all day long and I won't care.
