The Dramatics are one of my longtime favorite singing groups. I've been to a lot of their shows, the last time I were @ their show I stood right in front of the stage looking up at them in amazement, admiration, and delight. I were kinda hypnotized by their performance 😁😁😁🎼🎵🎶♩🎤🎸🎹🎷🎺🎻😊💞
Growing up in Detroit, we have always been "Honored" to have a great group like The Dramatics, my brother Zachary Church ( R.I.P.)(You are truly missed) Zachary would make everyone love this group even more. I know that I feel blessed to have been able to listen to the many songs from them and Mr. L.J. Reynolds and his vocal ability, well that's another story... Love and Peace to everyone and stay safe.
I grew up in the “D” and we were spoiled by our groups and music!! We had the best there was growing up. We even walked the streets with them. We gave respect to their privacy🥰🥰🙏🏾 I grew up with R J Reynolds cousin. Free rehearsals, lol
The Dramatics is one of the best groups of all that withstood the test of time!!! Their voices and performances are absolutely amazing!! I loved Ron Banks smooth falsetto and Lenny's Maye's solos. But OMG! That LJ Reynold's sings with so much power and passion that you can feel every word. R.I.P. Ron, Lenny, Willie, Wee Gee, Elbert, and Tony. Can't wait to see LJ perform again.
Still going strong. The Dramatics keep me grounded in my roots and remind me of true love. I’ve seen them in concert many times and hope to see them many more times. Thank you! Muah 💋 🤎
I should be a Dramatic I'll do all uncle Ron parts, I know all of the songs Ron was my vocal coach, love always for them uncle Ron, uncle Lenny in uncle willie..RIP. Detroit's at it's best !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Love the Dramatics. Under-rated and some of their members never given full credit for their talent. They miss all those who left us or the band but to me mostly Lenny and Squirrel.
These are just great songs. They sound so good. They have so much goodness in their voices. Mr. L J Reynolds put his heart and soul in his songs. I love this group.
I swear this is probably the tenth time I seen on RU-vid that the word underrated was used for legendary talent somebody said Smokey Robinson and prince live performance was underrated . underrated means that ur good but don't get any accolades for ur work this dude has been part of some of greatest music ever made u better ask somebody
This is my group!!!! open The Door. Be My Girl, The Stars In Your Eyes, I Can’t Get You!! These were real love songs. Young folks today don’t know what real “singing” is about!!!!
I'll do uncle Ron!!!!just like Ron I'm Keith Washington bro in Ron was my vocal coach for years I'll do his parts if LJ let me ......LJ ask Geno about me ....I'll be Ron anytime
I never saw them live but they sound good sound just like the record a lot of people you see them live they ain't no good for me I remember once I went to see my favorite group the Ohio players I was so disappointed that wasn't good in concert not to me I saw Prince he was good in concert Graham Central station the parliaments very good in concert
I don’t know what year this particular show was However LJ Reynolds didn’t lose a beat🎶 Their first tenor is mad nice he may not be Ron Banks but he’s not too far off either😉
@daviddaniel3126 William WeeGee Howard! Is the Original lead singer before Lj. He sings lead on Whatcha See is Whatcha Get, In the Rain, Hey you, get of my Mountain? Sings lead on all of the songs on the Whatcha See is Whatcha Get Album!
Stop comparing voices, a dead man can't sing (I know they're alive with Christ), but the replacements are on point. Their harmony and voices are superb. The greatness is continuing.
