I don't understand how this is valued at 9 mil. How many bedrooms does it have? I didn't see any in the clip. The furniture also looks very cheap, i didn't see any fancy appliances in the clip, how can that be worth 200k?. The average double bay home ( on the beachfront) is 5mill and looks much much fancier than this. And double bay is the priciest suburb in Australia. Something is not adding up. Could buy a house like this in other nice parts of Sydney for 1 mill ( minus Beach front) port mac for less than 1mil. ( including beach front)

Making a grand total of: 7,501696 So you were about 2.5 million over estimated. Anyway its a lot of tickets! Years (and years) ago it was 500,000 tickets, clearly its increased a lot!
