Julia is so often the 'straight man' to the rest of the crew's shenanigans that when she just refuses to go with the bit its an absolute knockout shes so funny
I've had a similar niche in groups of friends before....especially when I was younger (like college age), I could be pretty quiet in social situations, but I was always pretty friendly and nice when I did talk. But I never miss an opportunity for a good joke, I love to make people laugh. And sometimes the jokes were a bit extreme, sometimes at someone's expense. Were they from anyone else people might take offense....but they always got such a kick out of the fact that it was me saying it, the last person they expected to say something like that.
@@turntsnaco824 every time I tried that people just didn't understand I was joking because I """never""" joked. Like I was a good christian boy who """didn't curse""" and my friend would joke about how he want to be around when I finally snapped so at one point I thought to myself "I'm going blow it on something completely trivial for a laugh." Well, one time that same friend's family invited me out to a buffet because it was that friend's birthday and I say something like "I'm going to go grab a cinnamon roll-" but as I do someone swoops in and gets the last one. Then, I lean over to my friend and say "that fucking BASTARD just took my GODDAMN cinnamon roll!" He was so shocked he couldn't laugh about until later when I explained to him I was prepping that line ahead of time.
@@akasakikawasaki1890 I don't know if you're joking because of how frequently this conversation happens, but yes they're dating and for some reason they have ZERO dating vibes on camera, I stg I thought they were siblings or something. When they started living together I basically was like.... ??? I wonder why they're in the same room on two different computers, Julia must have two computers for some reason and Jacob is just spending a lot of time there for some reason, maybe that's The Drawfee Office. Anyway watch The Secret Sleepover Society, their letsplay content, to see them play cute 2p games as a couple, it's great.
"You call that art?" "I didn't, I just said he was drawing" this is possibly the biggest roast nathan has ever given anyone in his entire life and i'm here for it
𝕴 think about “𝕴’m going to sleep for a thousand years rather than do this episode” literally all the time. Whenever 𝕴 am like, barely, mildly tired of something it pops into my brain.
In plenty of these it’s just Julia pretends not to know something, Karina goes “oh this is what we’re doing? ok I’m in”, Nathan just finding it funny and Jacob suffering
Julia doesn’t need to know about these things because she’s going to outlive humanity and these wonders are but fleeting moments in her eternity. She is *Julia* and Julia is eternal.
another favorite bit of mine is whenever julia brings the convo to a halt with her "hey. you guys- hey. you guys know what- hey" type thing. the hesitation gets me every time
I love that too, because usually when she does it it's because she's hit a train on thought that tickles her so much that she can't even begin to tell the rest
We all talk about how Julia is an eldritch being but in fact she is a mischief spirit and Jacob is the unfortunate soul she’s latched onto. Neither of them can die but gods does Jacob want to sometimes 😂
it's so glorious when she just refuses to "yes, and" the bit all deadpan, deadass she might be the funniest drawfee member despite making the most flat-falling jokes
The only reason her jokes fall flat sometimes is because they go over six corners and it takes some seconds to get them I think? I've at least noticed that
I think in a recent...episode?stream vod?not sure, Julia said that Nathan gave her a great compliment at some point lately -- something about how her jokes are really incredible, but you do have to work for them. And if that's not so true, I just 😲
I saw a bunch of compilations but this one was missing so I took it upon myself to make it, I have noticed more moments that could have fitted here after the fact but I guess you can never make a complete compilation
the body part roulette intro is obviously legendary but i'm newly appreciating things about it, like jacob's quiet "what?" when julia asks what a web browser is
My stomach and throat hurts from trying to laugh discreetly because I’m in the car with my whole family. “Confused Julia” is probably my favorite Drawfee bit, and I physically can’t handle this many ‘back to back’
"you know the number two, right?" is Jacob's redemption for "do you know what a rectangle is?" 6:44 "god Christ kill me" KFBDJDVDJJSBI I LOVE DRAWFEE SO MUCH
okay I said "redemption" because I mistakenly remembered Julia saying that to Jacob but it was in fact JACOB THE SASS MASTER doing it so it's just a masterful sequel actually
If you're ever after suggestions for a supercut, I'd love a supercut of Jacobs opinions on "nuesday" lol Still remember the days he refused to acknowledge it at all and now he's always the most hyped for it lol
Usually people interrupting another and thinking it's funny is not at all amusing to me, but these four seem to love each other so much it makes it endearing and I'm sure Jacob doesn't always hate it.
i’ve seen this a couple of times over the past year or so, but it never fails to make me laugh - and inexplicably even helped my anxious ass finally fall asleep last night.
This is just.... _chef's kiss_ I'd appreciate it if you'd put the episode titles either in the video or in the description though, I didn't recognize some of these and I'd like to see them.
Nathan dying laughing from Julia starting these bits and annoying Jacob makes me so happy. Knowing Jacob has to live with her also makes me happy - he clearly likes it ❤️
I don't know if someone will know what I'm talking about but I need to a compilation of Julia saying "Naaaathan" when she has a prompt for him. it bugs me so much I can't remember which videos its from ;A; but if you know pls help
