This is beautiful. I haven’t seen the movie yet but I’m interested in knowing why she has a different skin tone than the others. Most of the Navi have blue skin but she has green skin. It’s still really pretty though. 💕
Its bc metkayna na'vi are more like a sea color kinda so i thought they were inspired from water as u can see they have curly hair and forest na'vi have braided hair So which means they are from a different clan! *sorry if im wrong*

this was incredibly helpful; thanks! one of my drawing classes jumped into gesture drawing day one with no examples and i felt very unprepared. my teacher just kept telling us to move fast and make big, long lines, but i like this slower, deliberate, form-focused approach a lot better.
They looks have, cat nose, fish ears, human mouths, Disney women's sized eyes, dread locks and face paint Anybody can come up with ideas like this, just gotta give it heart!
Are you using Caran D'Ache Luminance coloured pencils? Do you use anything else (such as tools)?? I'm wanting to draw a portrait of my crush but don't know which coloured pencil brand to go along with it, as well as the tooling... May I also ask you which paper brand and size I should go for if I want to draw a portrait for my muse? Thank youu.
