In the month of September, we embarked on a transformative journey of drawing through September. Many thanks to those who’re grounded to attempt this challenge ^^ Feel free to join us for the remaining months at / discord
Quick life update: I’ll be moving on November 1st and once everything is settled, I hope to squeeze time to study with you guys either through live streams or videos 🙂 Hope you’re all well!
It was fun to watch your analysis of our drawings, I can say that half of them were right hahahaha. Thanks for your appreciation. Hope your moving process goes well, best of luck.
Hi Woojin For so many days you aren't active in the Study Stream platform, so just want to check if you are doing fine??????? I miss studying with you in Study Stream 😥. Btw Tons of thanks because of you I'm able to have a focused study, you are my true inspiration. Now i found u on youtube too. Hope you come back soon to Study Stream and best wishes and take care 🙂
as an artist it was great to see you do this challenge! i hope you continue drawing because it can be truly healing once you get into it. i would recommend always using references and watching videos from different artists to draw inspiration from. also, when drawing portraits the lines are usually more organic and not so rigid so warming up with more organic shapes rather than boxes i think would help when doing the portrait! you’re already doing so well, i’m excited to see how you improve! :)
Oo i just Found your channel and this video is great as it’s really cool to see your progress in the 30 days, if you want tips here are some; 1. The eyes should be halfway between the top of the head and the chin the nose halfway between the eyes and chin and the mouth halfway between the nose and the chin. 2.when you draw hair, you should try doing it in chunks rather than just one strand at a time. (It will save you time while also looking realistic) 3. When you are sketching or doing guidelines always do it lightly, it looked as though you were pressing a little too hard and if you were to do that in the future you may find it difficult to erase it 4. When you draw eyes try to do them both at the same time because if you don’t they will always turn out looking different from one another, also in between your eyes you should be able to fit one eye in the middle of them. 5. When drawing mouths they never have an outline, instead of outlining them you should shade them (darkest in the actual mouth and lightest going out into the rest of the skin) 6. Shoulders are the size of 2 heads. Thank you for reading 🤟 and I just wanna say your landscape work is amazing! Keep it up :)
