After you drew him from the movie Wonka this just makes me feel so admiring that you drew his actual look Timothee Chalamet in a real way i really wish i could draw like you do since everything you draw and do comes out so realistic
I've been following you for many years and seen your live videos of your process, and I will never not be amazed by how you bring people to life on paper, and you don't even really use sketch lines to guide you, which always blows my mind.
@@rahulkannan4755 I never said he doesn't sketch. I said he doesn't really use sketch lines to guide his colouring. And he doesn't. I am both a digital artist and traditionally I use watercolour pencils and pen/ink, and I could never colour without having outlined what I am about to colour.
@@aesaphyr don’t you hate to be misunderstood? We see exactly what we see as artists and with experience know 100% that anyone with the drive could learn also could learn the fundamentals of sketching. It happened to me too and I admire other artist’s work and if it were a conversation amongst those of us who know then people who would be willing to learn and have that drive to know then would not see these things as insurmountable. I also love the original some of the first cp art produced because some were those perhaps began in watercolor and oils and knew the value that a set of 24 could do anything also. It doesn’t change how we might admire other work but surely explains the history and how some knew that they could achieve something closer to the look of an oil painting with many layers. It doesn’t diminished or put down any artist. We are always challenged to expand our horizons and move further out of our comfort zone to be able to do what some see as “god like” when it is practice, experiment, practice more. I believe that the artist could respond to share with the subscribers that principle, that he isn’t trying to talk over anyone and explain that even with just RU-vid tutorials and fundamentals they could be doing the same work or whatever they desire. Thank you for your comment as a fellow artist. I sometimes feel that people don’t think that they are capable of learning how to do this and it makes me feel sad for them.
He is a true artist.. It is the first time I have seen drawings so realistic! I really want to reach his level, I'm excited and I want to practice more! you guys; Don't feel upset because there is someone better than you in your field. We all have our own fingerprints on our works. We can be the best! ♡
Hello how are you man, I'm a big fan of your impeccable work, I would like to know the texture of your pencil sheet.....👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 that you use congratulations 👍🏻👍🏻
To draw flawless proportions without any grids or anything is incredible. And your color blending is perfection. Amazing work I’ve been following for years. I’m a artist as well and your work is amazing keep it up
@@drBenyy Exactly and that is how most people have learned. That is why I presented the challenge of doing a full composition, then his artistic abilities and blending abilities would be challenged but in a good way to grow and show that talent is learned by blood, sweat and tears and sometimes many mistakes in creating compositions which is what I do.😊
To tell you, I have been following you since I was 12 years old, and now I am 17 and I am called an artist in my school and those around me. My drawing has become really good, to the point that people are amazed as soon as they see my drawing, and many of them are jealous of me. Honestly, you have inspired me to develop my talent, with sincere thanks.
How about a full on botanical with realistic greens involving layering and including the flower pedals and the background, mid ground and foreground in realism. Challenge, larger sheet. Hello from a fellow artist. With the use of only the most lightfast colors because as an artist myself I would rather blend my colors than use ones that would change in the sun and ruin my work. Lovely work.😊
@@malakaithedemigod i am an artist too..and genuinely good 😅.but this guy is doing something god level.... without any reference or grid he accurately draws and without using eraser... hats off
@@ayusharmarkar6522thats impossible to draw without grids i think he have grids or other methods but maybe because of that high light in background its covering it
@@Inkipinkiponkey-c9o i thought of that but couldn't catch him....like even in hd couldn't find any traces...but if we see the way he holds pencils...its already saying that he is a true master
He was using on the face specifically Caran’de ache Luminance colored pencils. They are the % ones of burnt sienna, % of raw umber, the ochres, honestly the % of the darker tones are the most helpful of that brand. Each individual’s colors can be unique so that brand has more lightfast variety. They blend well with Polychromos, Prismas, Derwent Lightfast to other colored pencils in those same companies. Sometimes a bit of odorless mineral spirits helps to spread out the color and fill in the white or Zest it or use a couple of tones lighter of the pencil to blend. The white, ivory and light greys of the Polychromos do very well with the Luminance. When I started they were my go to ones the Polychromos) One can achieve so much with even smaller sets or pick them open stock through Jackson’s in your area. Caran’de ache Pablo’s have a great white and cream as well as Derwent Drawing colored pencils Chinese white. Holbein’s regular white is great. Many like Prisma white but the tips break more than they did 45 years ago. It would be great if the artist would respond to the questions of the format
@@ninner196 Thanks for the reply. But I think with practice, practice, practice you always get further. I will take advantage of your tips and thank you very much again. Greetings from Germany
What are the types of colored pencil brands that you use? I feel like you use Fabel Castel's polychromos. I think they are those or which ones do you use?
Me encantan tus trabajos, lo que siempre me pregunto es ¿como encajas tus dibujos a la primera? ¿cual es tu técnica para lograr eso? I love your work, what I always ask myself is how do you fit your drawings together the first time? What is your technique to achieve that?
Obviously you’re a great artist, but I want to see you draw with cheaper pencils! Like the pencils you’re using look so good if you know how to use them. Very talented!
OK, actually fucking how?!?! I like to think my art style is realistic, but this is just a whole new level. You didn't just draw him, you printed a picture of him. And I gotta say, your imperfections? Amazing!
@@Abceeeyep it is obvious. And with the % of CD, not so much blending involved. I have had colored pencil projects that are extremely complex, this would be a joy to just whip out portraits but I don’t get into drawing or painting movie stars, not my thing.😊
Wow! You’re so amazing and talented..I have a cool idea for you..can you do Michael Jackson in 1996? He’s my favorite and would be very impressed if you draw him!❤
