She's drawing direct , no more returning on the same area , leaving it finish , no layering ......A truly gifted being....! very talented..! It's not a drawing to me ... It's alive ...! Her hands are like 3D printer....!
Other pro artists disliked this maybe. But my dream is to get up there with those guys cuz they LITERALLY all know each other and compliment each other's work
Aleksandra Jemec wtf...its time lapse not 'fast motion'...i only need to spend a few minutes reading youtube comments and replies to realize we are all doomed as a species.
+Shay Stevens lol a tutorial for such a thing, I don´t know why people think they need only one tutorial so they can do everything, lol for such Drawings you need a whole bunch of practice. Some years ago I was drawing, too and I practiced for years and my black and white drawings were quite nice but my works with colors was not quite as good as in this video. Remember after years of training, lol and people think they just need a short tutorial and could draw like a professional or play the piano like a god and so on lol. You talentless and lazzy people, decide what you want to do and than practise like hell to achive youre goal, there are no fucking shortcuts.
How the fuck do you do that!? When i try to draw i see the picture crystal clear in my head untill the pencil touch the paper then its chaos.. Its somewhat similar to when people takes pictures of me.. Im smiling fine and natural until the camera comes in to view my face goes all weird :D
This videos never fail to impress, with the stunning level of detail these artists are able to achieve. It takes an admirable level of skill to pull one off. However, these kinds of things are usually done by using a photo as a source & are made with layers & layers of blended color, which allows for adjustments to be made. What I would LIKE to see, is some of these artists create something original. Creating good original concepts also require great skill, a unique mind & often a diverse knowledge set. Combine that with this precision & that would make for astounding art.
Did I criticize her for enjoying this? I think not. If you read my post again, you might see that I express extreme admiration & respect. All I said is that I would LIKE to see someone like this draw something original. These works are usually always a real face, or a can of soda or something. That is great, but they could be done from photos. But I would enjoy something fictional even more. Like an original creature, or sci-fi concept, dome with the SAME level of precision & technique. Because rarely do you see the two together (unless it's something for a movie made with CGI). That was all, no harm intended.
Kiro Linau You have to have a concept in your mind, and that is hard to do while drawing at the same time. The video is fast forwarded, it takes a lot of thought.
Kiro Linau I dunno, for me if she does this for something everybody knows then it's just that bit more impressive because everyone else knows how that thing/person is meant to look, and being able to recreate that is more impressive than drawing something exactly how you imagine it to be. I'm not saying creativity is bad or not necessary - as we can clearly see the artist here is incredibly creative - but doing this with something you imagined isn't as astounding since it might look great and all but doesn't seem to achieve what this artist appears to be wanting to master (hyper realism/photo realism I'm assuming).
Kiro Linau I agree. I am artist and was thinking the same. I just love concept art, and I starting to make paintings of medieval fantasy. Look my work on lucasdreamsstudio.blogspot .com I AM from Brazil, and I hope you like it.
I am right handed and can draw. Never did art in school. Only just learning theory of drawing basics but I can do it naturally too. This girl is outstandingly gifted but yeah don't listen to generalizations.
I'm just wondering (as I am only just learning) what pencils they use. I have been doing greyscale so far as I begin to sketch. I bought a small pack of colour pencils to play with but the texture doesn't seem appropriate for achieving this "creamy", smooth, photo finish these guys manage to.
I love drawing and I draw well but when I saw his drawings I went crazy and I'm crazy to be able to draw people, I'm from Brazil loved his work parabens: D: D
beautiful the drawing :), there is a zombie portrait that is super good and I invite you to see it, and support it :) thanks ♥ ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-0abKoE60qdY.html
Eduardo Ferreira i keep having the waxy shit on my paper, making these white blotches of space on my paper, although prisma does do that. maybe i should try Derwent Artist pencils
