Glad to hear Draymond say he's reflected on his actions, grown and matured as a person, is repentant of his actions, and will demonstrate more respect on the court from now on. With that said, I look forward to watching him clothesline Luka in his first game back 10-ish days from now.
Like a genuine manipulative bitch with how he considered retirement instead of just not assaulting people on the court? Yeah, that was genuine Draymond alright.
I think it was more the spectacle that he created with his antics that made him want to retire. Like his family going through public relations that became to much for him to bear the weight of.
@@gollygee727exactly. ppl making it seem like he wanted to quit cuz he can’t hit ppl. he’s affecting his peers and everyone around him with his actions. anyone can handle their own consequences but when it affects others that you care about that’s different. maybe he felt that they’d be better without him for that reason
It always looks like he's trying to be sneaky, even though they're obvious techs. I think Solz sees that weird jerky movement after trying to make it look accidental, as the weird part and I agree
Dosent mean he ment to do it i think that's one of the worst things the internet blamed on him when that's how gravity works the only thing he might have done by him self was when he jumped of
Solz u can't be serious if you're asking if he does it on purpose. If you're still asking this, then this guy can literally murder someone and you'd find an excuse and ask whether or not it wasn't purpose
I think he's saying he is poor at controlling intrusive thoughts, like he purposefully does those actions but isn't thinking through it and afterwards he realises it, but we'll never know unless he says it.
The warriors are just like the spurs, revolutionized offense, had a last dance and will have to eventually trade their star. But I do think trading curry is a bad idea, not like basketball wise, cuz you get crazy value, more of a business mistake. The amount of money he can bring an organization is absolutely obscene
Steph Curry will forever be untouchable on this franchise, everyone else is expandable but Steph has 100% job security for sure and will retire a Warrior💯
@@REALETH3REALwell probably Andrew Wiggins because Jonathan Kuminga despite being angry at Kerr is still not getting traded and the Splash Bros ain't also So Who Knows?
I don’t remember Dray apologizing in this much detail let alone at all. And how did you feel when Ja went to Adam Silver and Jalen Roses face and lied to them?
2022 could have been the Last championship. But its so weird that we pretend like last season the warriors weren't deep in the playoffs this team still has a shot if they figure it out towards playoff time =
I'm going to bring up the things that I don't feel like it's getting my shit in trading Curry at this point. And that is Curry has basically grew something other than a TV or and that's a family. And it would be one thing if Curry had young children the almost all of his kids are old enough to have already built meaningful Connections in Friends an identity. So leaving the bay is a bigger thing than oh yeah I want to win under the idea players are also aware especially family-oriented players don't want to hurt the children's growth. Sold the way I kind of see it the best possible options at Curry that doesn't also bring up family problems in the way that it doesn't hurt his kids is unless this man goes to Sacramento for Ellie that is close enough that it won't hurt his family. And also Curry doesn't seem to be on the same place that like I would say Giannis and some other players are where they are wanting to win by any means necessary like every interview he never really shows signs of oh yeah I'm looking at other places can you read but I just wanted to point this out because I think this should be something that's brought up period when we talked about trades because you see a retired players and current players talk about the effect it has on their kids
Also, Solz is not a Celtics fan. He’s a closeted Lakers fan. He’s always gawking the Lakers, even to the point of trashing the Celtics in favor of the Lakers in close situations, etc. Like idk if he just doesn’t want to admit it to himself or what, but bro is NOT a Celtics fan, and any clip where he talks about those two teams or even just the Lakers shows that
I’ve played league of legends and call of duty-and based on my experience with the general population, I’ve got to say some of y’all that are clowning Draymond might wanna pull back a bit. 🤣
@@thecupofbrew7955 the media made it a big deal. The slap/punch wasn’t a big deal. Was it wrong? Yeah. But suspending him indefinitely and having him go to counseling was not the answer
Stomping Sabonis, kicking Adams, pushing Harden, punching Nurkic, choking Gobert, eye poking LeBron twice, scuffle with Bradley Beal and punching Jordan Poole in the face. At a certain point actions speak louder than words.
Solz your chat annoys the fuck outta me bro😭 talkin bout “sez the one who the Celtics fan” I mean they lost in finals to warriors but I believe that was a fluke too.
i never played with stakes as high as in the NBA but i can understand Draymond in a way few can, as i am just the same. In the heat of the moment i would do something really stupid but regret it as soon as i did it, never had such effed up consequences to that behavior tho since like i said, the stakes were never as high as with DG but i can feel where he is coming from and that he is genuinely sorry
Sorry about the action because of the consequences or for the action on another player? I don't think i would feel sorry for that that much. Dray has been playing high level NBA for a long time he should not make emotional useless fouls like that and still have that lockerroom leader vet role that he likes to play within the Warriors especially after sucker punching Jordan Pool.
@@Abb0able now the JP incident is not the same as Nurk Bron and other situations that were in the heat of the game, JP was fking around and he found out, its completely different than what happend with Nurk,Gobert and others. Like I said, I think I understand Dray in a way few can. When I still played competitive sports and after the injury with cards and games, I get heated up, not only will I do everything to protect my teammates but I would go the extra mile if someone still decided to go and fuck around with them to let them know shit like that aint gonna fly around here. Yall keep treating Dray like he is Zaza 2.0 when in reality they couldnt be any more different, Zaza was a dirty scumbag of a player and while some of Drays actions could be considered as such, I dont think he ever did them.out of malice like Zaza did, at least not the majority of times, stepping on a dude simply cannot be taken otherwise but thats the one dubious, all the rest I can understand, even Gobert. And dont get me wrong, all im saying is that I understand why, it doesnt mean I agree or approve of the behavior since having that same issue I know how bad it is first hand.
Idk this whole thing just feels so overblown and like u said it’s like a rollout. It sucks his family was affected by that. I just don’t get really get why everyone in the media and even draymond is trying to act like this is some serious mental issue. If it is, I wish he’d just address that. But it seems like draymond, like he said, is a guy that toes the line and oftentimes he crosses that line and plays dirty. Is he sorry for being a dirty player or being an intense competitor that ties the line, or is she just sorry that he got caught too many times this year and the narratives affected his family ? When he’s “working on change”, is he trying to play cleaner and get his intensity in check? He’s championed himself as being an intense competitor, unapologetically himself and being outspoken, is that now gonna change?
Damn not gonna lie, I really love to hate draymond greene… but this dude really seems like he wants to be better. I’ll keep away from clowning him until he proves otherwise, but this is the first time in his career that I really have believed in draymond greene. Probably can’t hoop like that tho
Ngl, draymond doesn't have to apologize to any of y'all, but NBA fans are so entitled and full of shii that even when he apologized, they still criticize him, like wtf? And this brother is obv going through shii mentally but instead of at least acknowledging, y'all being toxic asf is cringe asf to me. And that foul he did on sabonis in the playoffs? If you watch the vid again, you can see sabonis grabbed his leg and draymond tried to get sabonis hand off his leg.
@@HarrisonAndrew-yq8zcOng. I was scrolling through the comments and it's like gd. Y'all are toxic asf for no reason but if you pull up to his face y'all ain't gon keep the same energy, and I'm not even draymond. It's so corny and pussy. And niggas be making fun of mental health like kids but that shii is serious. It's real. If you go through shii you'll understand how important mental health is.
@@thecupofbrew7955 wtf are you talking about? See you're being egotistical. Why tf does he have to apologize to any of you when he didn't do shii to you. He has to apologize to his family, his victims, his friends, the NBA, and the warriors, but def not to any of you.
I honestly don’t believe that 2022 was the warriors last dance I truly think if they didn’t mess up the cemetery with the Poole and green situation they would have had another good season probably not another championship but a great season
What the Warriors failed to do is get better after the KD trade and especially in the last couple of years. Every other contender made major moves and got massively better, while the best the Warriors could come up with was trading for an old ass CP3, with all due respect to a legend. I believe JP had to go anyway, I was skeptical as soon as I saw him and Wiggins celebrating their upcoming big contracts after the championship, the situation with Green was just the nail in the coffin. JP only seemed to care about his bag, didn't look hungry at all and had major flaws to begin with. He had to go. Just not for CP3.
Would he be apologizing if what he was doing didnt make him and his family look bad? I feel like he would have stood on business if it was just him being affected. You cant be sorry and then do it 2 or 3 more times
Even when he hit Nurk, I didn’t think it was as big as everyone made it out to be. I didn’t think it was anything more than a suspension. Yh he hard fouled him but I didn’t see it as anything more than a hard foul.
