Its honestly unbelievable to me how people downplay Green. Honestly has always been the second most important player next to Curry but casuals just love big scoring outputs and not everything else the game is about which Green is elite in and hell when push came to shove and Green had to bring offense, he virtually always clutched it out whenever they needed it. Especially considering the era in which he plays in like Kawhi as well, it's incredible how great they are at defense. Especially his connection with Curry is of the level of other all time great passers and scorers. Green runs both sides of the ball orchestrating both offense as defense for his team. Not saying Curry couldnt orchestrate the offense, but Green enabling Curry to come off screens with Green hitting him with pin point passes sure as hell raised Curry's game as well as the other way around. Probably will go down as one of the most underrated players ever.
