Certainly very different in the UK Parks having Christmas celebrations. Whereas in America it is "holiday" celebrations . If it's only Christmas celebrations it seems like that leaves a lot of people out.

I love what the looping group had done to the park in the past 18 months but the Christmas event isn’t as good as it was under the Bryan’s. When you went to see Santa in 2019 my daughter and son got a Christmas bear from Santa. I really miss the Ice rink and the boarding for the floor is still just inside the entrance of the pirate adventure. The park from this weekend is open 11am to 6pm with 5pm in the week and after the kids break up on the 16th the park open everyday to the 23rd 11am to 7pm with a 4pm close on Christmas Eve. Then the whole theme park is closed to feb half term with select Zoo days which I guess they will totally remove the rest of Apocalypse, Pandemonium queue/building and test track with ground work starting around March time.

Well, first thing to say, well done, Drayton Manor, on the Christmas event meeting santa 🎅 what a great way of doing it 20 mins of action-packed entertainment for the kids and the house party well done. The park looking a bit worse for wear with the green building condemned and with that area at the back now I hope they can do something with this a lot of space for some big improvements what surely will increase ticket sale. I can understand why they probably stopped the fireworks as being aimed at kids this event 7pm is a bit late for the younger ones a 5pm Park close to me seems a good time as am sure it won't be very busy after 5pm when it was open till 7pm.
