hi all my first ever carp fishing 48hr session,i have trout fished all my life so wanted to see what all the fuss was about ,its fair to say i really enjoyed the experience.big thankyou to scotty and jordan for all their help.
Glad you enjoyed yourself, Crash. Man, those rods are big ones. I guess you need them to get out farther into the reservoir. Here's the most popular recipe for carp here: Put the fileted carp on a cedar shingle. Put on lots of butter, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Bake until done. Throw the carp away and eat the shingle. 🙂 It's still snowing here. We've had 160% of our avg. snowfall this winter which will fill all of our empty reservoirs for the first time in quite a few years. Thanks for taking me along again.
