Eh, I don't think he would have won even if he did get that hit off. Seeing how the Dread King can revive himself with about half health, King wouldn't have enough time to finish him before DK lands a killing blow. You do have a point on the balance thing though.
That ice wave could use some balancing, but otherwise, awesome unit! I love when modded units are balanced, and seeing King and Jarl nearly winning against him made me smile
