An outstanding demonstration of a massive-sounding synthesizer. This works well alongside my Sub 37, Korg Triton, and Crumar Mojo Desktop for a somewhat small (minus the 88 key behemoth of my Korg Triton) bedroom studio. Sub 37 and Nymphes go into the input of my Triton; fed through the Triton's effects and things, and sent out the Triton and into a Portastudio. The Mojo Desktop has its own stereo pair going straight to the portastudio. This allows what would have taken 6 inputs on my portastudio down to a more manageable 4 inputs.
Thank you, Daniel for validating my change of heart about selling my Nymphes. Your genuine endorsement of the fatness of this synth is why I'll probably always keep it lol 🤘🏾⚡🔥
This thing is really tempting. The only thing I wish it had is split/layer (watch no modern analogs other than the Sequential Rev2 seem to have), and a switchable filter to 12dB. It could be totally unbeatable if it had those things.
Dreadbox has a habit of making synths that compliment they’re other synths. The only one’s I don’t have are the ones that aren’t available. But my point is the Hades works excellent with Erebus, I wanted v3 and it is harder to find and pricey, so That’s one I still want. I’ve been running hades and Nymphes through Typhon with a midi box. I really wish they still did in out thru! But with all the modular connections on they’re FX, it’s a unique and pleasing sound! Unfortunately Hades is the only semimodular so Erebus in the near future is a must! Great video! I’m really getting in to chords mode! Of course you knew all this! Peace
