200k plus plus, and a 20 year mortgage? Reminds me of my old MayCraft hull but fancier, also derived from the original SeaOx. 28 yrs in the charter biz full time. Can't fathom spending that kind of $, any longer.
Yessir I agree. The build of this boat has exceeded my expectations. It's got amazing rigging (electronics, hosing, etc...) and handles chop without any rattle (when trimmed right).
The offshore ride of this MV is incredible. Like you said, on the right days it performs very well. I have had my personal boat 65 miles out of St. Augustine and the fuel burn is incredible. The trim tabs help out a lot when running into a head sea and the bow flair is that of a Carolina built boat.
