Thank you for sharing this video of you building ur dream bike… after having watched 1000’s of videos, you managed to capture a special moment of the bond between a boy and his bike without saying a word.
Sieht echt gut aus und macht lust selbst sowas zu bauen. Abo ist da und ich finde dein Kanal hat viel mehr Aufmerksamkeit verdient. Wirklich interessante und professionelle Videos
maybe it is because I am a mechanic at a bike shop and I do it all the time but it find it easy enough to put on tyres without tyre leavers except if you have cushcore, that is a pain in the fucken ass, great stuff but a real pain to install and uninstall
Funny because I have been a REAL bike mechanic for over 30 years and have had some real pain in the posterior tyres that have needed multiple levers to get the tyre on/off
@@bongobob7079 you saying because I am young and I work on my bikes in my back yard in my videos am not a “REAL” bike mechanic? 🤷♂️😂 I do sometimes use tyre levers and also road bike tyres a another pain in the ass to install but most of the time when putting on and taking off Mtb tyres I don’t use tyre leavers P.s as I mentioned in my initial comment I do work as a “REAL” bike mechanic in a “REAL” bike shop as my normal day job
@@Trek_Rail fucken not with maxx grip dh casing Maxxis tyres, dual compound exo casing tyres is hard but manageable, maxx grip dh casing tyres on the other hand is near impossible
Sheesh tapejob war zwar horrendous aber das Ergebnis ist fett. Wusste gar nicht, dass es das Teil jetzt auch in schwarz gibt 😍 Hat die Gabel volle 200 mm?
the tubeless band not seems like going to work. I mean he must tighten up the band..A LOT. Otherweise the rim going to be full sealing, and the wheel not going to keep the air in. Sorry for going hard on this one, but it's so important.
I'm thinking about getting a Spire and install 27,5" front and back, dh forks and a cascade link. You reckon 27,5" front and back would work on this bike? Is it playful on jumps and in the bike park or does it feel sluggish since it's quite long?
It is quite long yes and if you want a veryyyy playful bike you could go with a medium frame. But all in all the bike is so much fun and goes crazy on jumps. The length provides so much stability in the air, I can fully recommend the combo as I build it, with 27,5 and dual crown. Also I had the first few Bikepark days on it, a RU-vid video will come soon but you can check out my instagram if you want to see the bike in action, it is linked in the description or on the channel :)
@@TimSchumacherMtb Cheers for the reply! :) Might order one very soon. Thinking about S tho since I'm quite short, 172cm. But we'll see. I'll check out your IG :)
How much does this bike cost or how much does this type of bike cost on average? I'm asking because I don't know and I'm interested in this type of bike.
