Hey anya how are you dealing with acidity? I was a coffee addict and I still get so emotional about coffee but the dr asked me to not use any sort of caffeine also spices I have been taking ESO 40, citrosoda ,colofac because of the gases.Sorry for taking your time but it’s been 3 years I’m trying to fix my acidity and gastric reflux. Nothing helps. Also I use nespresso once in like 6 months to deal with my cravings is there any way I can take coffee and not risk my health.
Fortunately, my acidity isn’t that bad and is more food related vs coffee related. I get it from certain foods like red meat or tomatoes or orange juice etc but luckily never from coffee. When i already have acidity and drink coffee, it can be worsened but never caused it. Have you gotten an endoscopy done? Normally for prolonged acidity doctors recommend getting an endoscopy done.
You can try decaff although I doubt it'll do much for acidity.As much as I adore coffee and the process of making it fresh at home, I had to give it up for my health.My acidity,reflux,anxiety and palpitations kept getting worse and worse to the point that even a single cup a day would trigger it.Even now after quitting coffee completely, even strong tea can give me palpitations which I never had before my coffee addiction started..Everyone is different and some can tolerate caffeine better than others,how ever,leaving caffeine has done wonders for my health and I won't go back to it no matter how much I love the whole ritual of brewing a cup or collecting its so many different varieties...
Also my migraines have become much much less/milder pms symptoms...so caffeine affects us in multitudes of ways and the best balance I've found is to have it like a treat..maybe once every few weeks rather than daily.
@@anyaalihamza Thankyou so much May Allah give you health. No, I haven’t gone for endoscopy because we thought it’s because of unhealthy habits, insomnia, junk, soft drinks and late night meals. Coffee triggers it the most, while talking to you I realised I need to fix a lot of things before blaming and avoiding just caffeine from the situation. I hope that works and reverses the gut problems.
@@maniusman2607 I’m so sorry to hear this. I can relate to each word of yours. This reflux makes me so sad but at times I think I did that to myself in teens. Hope it gets better for all of us.
