Dream Evil - Metal Gods (Album Review) 

It’s a killer Album, I didn’t understand why you’re looking for the song lyrics to connect. Have you heard Dream Evil before?

Dude its not a concept album. Except for thier first record (which was a concept record) all Dream Evils albums play all different styles of metal while remaining true to Dream Evil style. I disagreed with the disconnect. Iron Maiden did an album called Number of the Beast. The rest of the albums had nothing to do with the the album except for the title track. NOTB songs were not repatitive, and different structures and styles , Gangland and Hallowed be thy Name sound nothing a like. Any how this isn’t a Maiden Review, I just don’t get this whole disconnect feel you keep harping on. The guitar riffs making you want to bang your head, the guitar solos freakin shred, the rhythm section really pushes the songs from underneath and I agree with you part of it is the fantastic production on the drums/bass. And as the norm with Dream Evil, some of the best metal vocals your going to ever get. That’s my 2 cents. Welcome back Dream Evil and please come to the US (Colorado) 🤘😎
