110% recommend plying the walls you plan to fix to, then add your finishing layer. The ply will give the a good substrate to screw into should you want to fix things to the walls and hang bikes ect, will also make it an easier job not having to find the stud each time you want to hang something... looking sick tho!! Deffo think you could call it the Main Hanger

When you clad it inside, don’t put all your joints in a line like you did last time. If you stagger them it looks 10x better

INSULATED PLASTERBOARD IS WHAT YOU NEED!! Bit thicker than plasterboard but it has insulation on the back so it’s such a quick and easy install!!!

Double sockets every two metres at worktop height and outside socket at front and one near hot tub. Also double LED battens like you said in two lines , you might want a couple of free standing vertical battens too for when you're detailing. A floodlight at the front and side is a good idea too.

Put in more power outlets then you think you need. Also, put them at workbench height so you're not chasing around behind toolboxes and workbenches for power... Obviously the ones on the car side can be nice and low but where you're putting your work benches, make them higher. Keep up the good work lad.

Good video, I'm glad you show and explain the mistakes with the door, and they are very common mistakes people make. I am a roller door installer (20 years) I do admire that you gave it a good go and mostly did a fantastic job. I definitely would leave the big screws in the brackets as they are holding the weight. Runners can have some lighter gauged hardware, that's fine. Runner was at correct height too. All in all I think it was a success, kudos. Note: if you paint runners, please leave inside free of paint. Always keep it clean and dry as possible

Also good choice on the wool insulation, tip for putting it on the ceiling, cut it wider than your joist gaps so friction holds it up, but also, run a few string lines the length of your garage so it holds the wool up into the joists.

Kingspan is probably your best bet for insulation. Bit pricey but dead easy to fit and keeps it cool in the summer and warm in winter 👍🏼

A little advice from a guy who uses his garage every day. When I installed my lighting I wanted to go overkill and I installed 6, 4 bulb fixtures for a total of 24 H8 bulbs in a 24x26 garage. My lighting is decent, but I still have 4 more H8 bulbs over my bench and a LED fixture over another area. If you're filming, you're going to want lots of lighting and if you're working on vehicles, bikes etc ... you're going to want lots and lots of light. If I were doing it again I would add another two fixtures for sure for a total of 32 bulbs.

Hey Harry just an after thought but make sure you get additional security lock that you anchor into the ground in the centre of your shutter. Helps secure the door massively and if you get an approved locking system can even help reduce your home insurance!! Looking good bro keep it up!
