I got a job at Kfc in April. The experience has been very eye opening and i am grateful. However the job has also impacted my mental health very negatively. I have a lot of negative energy directed towards me either from unhappy customers or management. Ive been trying to leave and recently started applying. I love these, they put me at ease and hopefully by the end of this month I’ll have a new job offer❤️😭 thank you for these.
Oh I get you..One really feels drained after dealing with certain customers..I wanted to protect myself from other peoples energy and bought myself a black turmalin stone (it was around 10euro on amazon) I don´t know if the stone really does anything or not, but simply touching it while dealing with difficult people reminds me to not take on their energy and soothes my nerves. Like a lucky charm. Maybe you can take some kind of stone/or other small object and keep it in your pocket just to keep reminding you of not taking on negativity from others. I am sure you will find another job soon- I am rooting for you!!!
