A chatty life update on my dream life journey, where I am now and what I've learned lately, my struggles as a content creator and the thoughts that put me at peace. I'm so grateful for all that I've learned and all the confidence I've gained over the years. Here's to more years of growth and evolution. Love you all 💕
Apologies for the audio issue! The SD card in my mic was full and I didn't realize it stopped recording midway. I felt like my response was real and authentic, so I didn't want to redo it (I wouldn't even know how anyway lol). Now you can hear the difference a mic makes! HA! The creaking sound from the camera audio is from the lens refocusing. Also, I live on a really loud street so sorry for the car noises in my videos!! As much as I love this apartment, I have to move out after the lease is up to a quieter neighborhood bc you can't get away from the traffic noise here.

"If I die tomorrow I will be happy with the life that I have created" that's a very powerful thing to say, obviously in a positive sense.. It completely explain how happy you are in this moment, and I'm truly happy for you. I think that everyone aspire to achieve this peace, and with your videos you try help people like me to feel the same light, to create their own dream life because this is possible. Lavendaire is the first RU-vid channel/thing in general that made me come across to all these important topics like self love, law of attraction, meditation, the importance to be present and have a positive mindset, let go the fears.. And this has been a breakthrough for me. This completely changed my life, nothing has been the same since the day I discovered this world, it's like I had never seen the world in colors before. Now I see colors, I feel connected with the world, I'm a better me. So thank you. The ending of the video summed it all up perfectly. At the same time I think it is very challenging point to reach for. We are blessed to leave in the age where we can create so much.... like never before you can create and/or find art for any taste and preference.... so it will be interesting to see who will make the cut in the future)

What really touched me is the point of balance, especially regarding self care, mental and physical health.. You inspire me to be kinder to myself and to the world. I absolutely love your channel! I found your decluttering videos while I was doing some decluttering in my house the Konmari way. When I saw some of your other videos I realized that I needed more change. I needed to declutter more than just stuff. I’ve started reading many of your favorite books and have subscribed to your podcast. It’s only been a couple of weeks but I’m feeling happier than usual and my mood is only getting better. Thank you for sharing your vulnerability which I consider a strength. You never fail to inspire me. Your content was a motivator to me starting my channel. I followed your life path exercise and discovered what I needed to do in life and I chose YT this year to be that platform where I help even if it is one person in the world. You are doing great as a person and as a brand; if you need to redirect focus more to yourself now, it’s ok and timely. Remember life is too short, take care of yourself as much as you need.

I like your confidence level, Aileen! Yes, it’s true that there are some areas of my life that I neglected especially when I’m started doing this affiliate marketing business because I almost give my whole time for this like doing a deep research, organizing my game plan and execute them . And through those years, I tend to forget about my own self and my happiness. But for now, I manage my time wisely and taking care of myself like having a healthy diet, regular exercise and such, so that I can have a fulfilling career and a healthy life!

The first couple of years where you where feeling lost and wasn't sure what career path you wanted to take, is the stage i am at right now. People would say to just enjoy trying out new things and take things one step at a time, but i'm starting to panic. I really don't know what i want to do with my life and i feel like it's passing by to quickly and i have nothing to show for it. I have family and friends, my health and freedom that i am incredibly grateful for. I try to stay in the moment and try not think about the future to much, but i want that spark and passion for something that i love, something that is also going to give me a sustainable income. I really hope that one day i will look just as happy and content with my life, as you do in this video.

This video was amazing. I needed to hear this wonderful message as I am about to take a big step in my career goals. You are right, if worst comes to worse, I have the ability and skills to build all that I have back up again. Slowly but surely I am making more effort to live the creative life I always wanted. Over the years I have lacked self confidence and settled for jobs that were unfulfilling and stressful. Now I am finally strong enough to not allow my hard work to go unnoticed and to stand up to coworkers who bully me. Life is too precious to spend time worrying and stressing out about things that will ultimately not matter. Your confidence and peace have inspired me to move forward in my life in a much healthier happier state of mind body and spirit.

I love this video! I've been struggling with pretty bad anxiety for the last few days because I'm starting grad school this coming week, and this video is the first thing that had a lasting positive impact. I've felt better ever since I watched it this morning. Before, even after sleeping, journaling, reading, and talking it out, the anxiety kept creeping back in. So thank you, Aileen. I have the same feeling towards my life and career. I have spent the last few years so focused on building my career, now I feel I have already achieved most of the things I wanted, and anything I build on top will be extra already. My creative self and personal life are craving for nurturing. I have been really frustrated and lost of what I was lacking and then I realised this is what I want - to have balance for career and personal life as well. This video just spoke my heart! Adore this - I've seen so, so many creators over the years push relentlessly for more and more numbers, for some self-imposed goalpost that they keep moving and killing their own passion. Very relatable, I have a similar mindset. I graduated college recently and for the past few months, I've been trying to figure out exactly what I want to do. Although I studied computer engineering and have a passion for technology, I'm also an artist at heart and I yearn for self-expression. My biggest struggle has been trying to combine these two things into a career that is both rewarding and fulfilling. Slowly but surely I'm figuring it out, but at the same time, I understand that it will require patience and hard work. I think the beauty of life is that you'll never have all the answers and when you look back you'll realize that the journey and not the destination was the real reward.

Absolutely love this video! I have recently done the same thing I put my prices up in my side hustle and have been enjoying doing less so that I can have time for all the important things! My sister recently started a family and being an Aunty has brought so much light and love to my life! I am now thinking about changing my main career into something I’m passionate about, an the best thing -I don’t have to worry about income because I will always be able to supplement my income with my side hustle! I worked the last 2.5 years to get my side hustle off the ground and I’m booked out a month in advance! Your videos inspire me to find balance and bring joy and fulfilment into my life. I can relate a lot to what you said even though we are on different career paths. I was concerned about others and trying to take care of them, yet I was neglecting my own health, especially my mental health. I stopped working two years ago and have begun my journey to becoming more healthy. I have a degree in health science and physical therapy assistant, yet I was unhealthy. I have lost 45 lbs., starting to eat healthier, starting to stress less, and to enjoy each day and find beauty in slowing down. There were so many things I was taking for granted, and my health was one of them. I started reading again, which I loved to do, and volunteer also which gives me the option of working when I want to. I understand what you mean about freedom. It is a truly liberating feeling. And make content that you feel is inspiring to you, and not just to please your subscribers. This channel is a creative outlet for you. Dance if you want to! Thanks for the video.

I am proud of you Aileen, you are a creative mind, and I am 333% behind you. If people stop watching your videos, others who have never seen your videos, will value just the little you contribute. Do you, you are on piont in what you are saying!!! I love and thank you for sharing! I relate to what you are saying and so much of what you have said, is a strong testimony. I dig how you are sharing it with so many others, and because you love so genuinely, it scares people who desire to hide and cover up and not be exposed to critzim or insults because they are concerned about how other people feel about what they say. It is a blessing to see a woman who sits and reflects on what she has that is working in and around her. Your growth is an penalty to others who will not go along on the journey with you, and who don't want to grow even if its your family, friends, or someone who is with you. But your belieif is valid, because that's what was shown to you, Aileen. No one has a right to say your standards are to high. They are how you see you, they are the shield and barriers to keep out what wants to come in and tear you down slowly from the inside out. People don't leave you because you are not good enough, people depart because they can not see well enough. So enjoy your rest dear, and as always when I say I love you, they are not just words that sound good to say, those three words are the spoken assurity that fear no longer runs my life, and light has fully moved all the way in.

I relate to you completely, but am at the opposite end of the spectrum. I find myself day dreaming a lot, not sleeping easily trying to figure out where I want my life to go. The things you mentioned in this video remind me of the song by Jhené Aiko "eternal sunshine". We forget sometimes that life could end any minute and we are so busy focusing on work and money and sweating the small stuff that we forget what really matters in life. One revelation that I recently had was that when you do what you love and you truly have joy in what you are doing, money will automatically come into your life as a tool to support you in what you are supposed to do in this world.

oh yes this video really touched my heart, thank you so much for your authenticity...actually this video made me cry of joy for you (been here since the start) and cry for me because I have spent the last 5 years working so so hard on my career also to the cost of my health, my relationships and everything else really trying to make this dream of mine and I have come to conclusion that 5 years later nothing much as changed... I work like a mad woman from 8 am to 11pm, from monday to monday and althou' I have seen some growth nothing that will transform my life. I still don't earn enough to live without my husbands help and this awareness is absolutely breaking my heart, especially because I'm in my early 40's and looks like I will not have another chance to get this right. Thank you so much for your honesty, balance is so so so important and earning enough to feel happy doing what you love most is also for me a goal, nothing more nothing less... love to you.

I watch your videos because of the person you are and because you are vegan and leading a healthy lifestyle and sharing it with us. Whatever you do, I trust you do it because of the healthy pathway you are leading. I am myself trying to improve my life too. I finished drama school some years ago and I used to be a very busy person always pulled by duties of outside myself, and after I didn´t get any job finishing my studies on arts I was lost in time. I thought: what to do with all this free time? And I started studying English Language. I have been studying for many years now, and your channel helps me keep motivated to do a balanced-healthy lifestyle. It is like, hey, I am not alone on trying to keep fit, be vegan and trying to feel with high-frequency levels of energy, there is Lavandaire always advising and putting these things that are needed when you are at your own, keeping on learning and good wishes to do to improve life. The Art with what you express your self is so soft that it feels good in my mind. I love your videos, and if you are wondering why do I watch you? it is because of the way you express yourself and the softness in you and the vegan example, and your journey, I think that your journey and you sharing it on RU-vid is very interesting, you are alreday a part of my life because of so many videos that help my self awareness of what to do with time and how to be more balanced. So if you want to do something to improve your life,it is still in the topic of why we , your fans, watch your videos. The improvement of life from your point of view and your journey. Thank you. EK

I think I mistake a lot of young adults do is that tjey neglect key areas of their life due to Career Focus just like what you mentioned. I think what people need to realize that they could die any time and that they need to ask themselves what do they want to do if they only had a week left to live and to actually do that as a routine part of their life.

Completely agree with everything you said. That feeling of "peace" you described is the goal in life. My recent revelation has all about.. acceptance. And with acceptance of the past/present comes letting go which allows you to get out of your own way and just live. ☀

This must feel so amazing!! To be free. I guess I watch RU-vid and in the back of my mind I think: they really depend on our viewership. So then when you mentioned this summer that your series didn't get clicks the way you expected, I just...I felt for you because I see how selfless you are daily with what you bring to all of us strangers, essentially. So hearing you say that you're 👌🏽 makes me sigh with you actually 😊 For you and for future Me that I will be able to say that I'm proud of myself. Thank you so much for your honesty and the calm soul you are ♡ I had a very similar revelation, too, just a few weeks ago. Unlike you, I have always been very focused on my relationships and was kind of a people-pleaser. Some time ago I focused so hard that I forgot all the dreams I had once about my career and the travels I wanted to do. It took me quite some time (14 months) and self-healing, but now I'm at a place where I'm totally happy with the person I am and fulfilled a lot of the dreams I never thought would be possible (with your Dream Life Serie, of course) Many of us experience similiar situations at this time and that's great! Life becomes better everyday, when we shift our perspective a bit :)

My revelation is that I'm grateful for my life right now and that I'm where I need to be. There are ap many things that I've been working hard towards but its not good for my mental health... so I took a step back and creating for fun again and really making my dreams come true, it may not be as fast as others but I know the universe works in mysterious ways.

I love seeing your growth in other areas too! I can definitely relate, as I have a lot of side responsibilities and interests and investments, especially being invested in my church family for so long now... I've had to really consider my career path now and choose carefully what and who I want to invest my life in for the sake of my health and my heart and my head space. Because i began to choose my focuses, I received some criticism behind my back... but focusing on the positive, praying through it, and continuing on has been so much more fulfilling ♡ in fact the recognition desire to make a positive impact on others that I really craved came out of nowhere when I was just focusing on being a better, more me-version of myself! I have so much to learn, and for the first time i'm not just okay with that, but i'm really looking forward to it all. You keep doing what you do Aileen, I was first drawn to your videos because of your content, but I decided to subscribe because I enjoyed YOU in your vids. I personally would love to see more dance videos or you making music again or any of the things you mentioned 💕. I don't think there's been a video that I haven't liked. I pretty much love all of your videos especially since a lot of it has to do with creativity, self care, etc. and I'm all in when it comes to creativity. I'm very happy and proud of your success 💕
