it was actually awkward, the questions were so dumb. if they asked about the dream team meetup or their future plans or height check or whatever it wouldve been great. also it was dream's first time and he is new to it. also few mics were not working so poor management ig. and the questions were DUMB like fav vegetable, the question was funny but they shouldve asked more valid questions in my opinion. and it just was awkward. the person who asked how their shirt was shouldnt have done that i cant even imagine how uncomfortable they were lmao edit: oml thanks for the likes

i actually refuse to believe that they don’t make fun of their community when cameras are off. they are college kids bro😭 no way they enjoy this side of their community, they definitely hated every second of this😭

1. Panel entrance, literally fans pushing over people, pushing off MOVING wheelchairs to get in. Security was not enough, and before it even started it was already a mess. 2. Dream literally has no place to sit, considering the panel was named literally after him. 3. Related to the above points, it needed a bigger room. I mean UK twitchcon had it, and y'all saw the amount of people that would show up. Why would this ever be a problem? (Not to mention there's a much bigger room literally next to it) 4. Moving on to the actual panel, SWAPPING? SERIOUSLY? This again adds to why there should've been a bigger room. That was just so embarrassing. 5. Host. Not experienced at all, not leading the conversation, just asking questions giving cringy face expression. I did not wanna make this personal but it could've been a much experienced host. Cuz it really put everyone in the room, including the streamers feel uncomfortable. (Just take the awkward silences as an example) 6. Mics. Not having a mic for each person on stage is reasonable (which fyi for an event like this there actually should be), but man yall need them to pass over one handheld mic??? Sure table mics are there but it wasn't comfortable for them at all sharing just a few mics. They should've brought some mic here if they saw this situation, but no it lasted an hour and no one did a thing. 7. Fans had to walk over to ask questions? You really did not have any handheld mics huh? 8. Fan questions should've been filtered, just for example the first one, that was straight up sexual assault. The event host had the responsibility to protect streamers from that. Don't get me wrong most of them were really good but not all of them. Now I am sure doing an event this big, there are so many things to consider. But having this amount of resources, experiences, the whole thing could've been so much better and these problems were simply not acceptable

Honestly this was terrible, there werent even enough seats for everyone, leaving dream out who is literally part of the dream team, and also the crowd asking the dumbest questions. And let's not forget this was DREAMS PANEL. Pisses me off.

can't believe the organisation put them in that TINY room, BUT ALSO WHO ARE THESE FANS with the constant 'can I take a picture' 'can I get a fistbump' 'do my b real' 'do you like my nsfw shirt' 'I have a gift for you' this was NOT supposed to be a meet & greet, ASK A QUESTION?? maybe consider the community of fans that can't ask a question or couldn't go and ask a question /everyone/ could answer? vidcon and twitchcon amsterdam were stellar amazing chef's kiss compared to this.

The Amsterdan one was so much better. The place was big, organised, most people got to talk, the question werent THAT, but it sucks as well since it was probably some of the members first panels and it turned out like this :(

I blame it all on the twitchon staff and how they setup the panel. They had the worst questions, the microphones didn't even work properly, they accepted everyone in (even the people who had really uncomfortable outfits for the streamers and yes that is aimed at those wearing nsfw art and dnf) also they clearly didn't make it very prepared due to the fact all the streamers were lost and there wasnt even enough spaces for them all. the one in amsterdam was so much more better, the streamers did not deserve the embarrasment they got from this.

I don't even think half of the awkwardness was the questions. I think it was the fact that they had a small stage in a small room even though 400 people wanted to get in (only about a fifth could) and only seven members were allowed on stage and they couldn't see the people asking questions. The Amsterdam one was better. because it had a better environment (and Jack manifold) so it felt more friendly.

This was the most awkward and chaotic panel to watch, I don’t even know, they definitely got more questions answered then they did from vidcon but in vidcon they felt a lot more with the crowd and a lot more excited. But this was still fun to watch.

I only watched like a couple of seconds of the actual panel and I literally couldn’t do it. I really wish that the panels they had weren’t as cringey and I wish that the fans and basically just every human in there in general was a lot more respectful to the members ☠️

I don’t really think the awkwardness was the fault of anyone on the panel. Most of the questions asked from the host were things none of them knew how to answer and the majority of audience treated the Q&A like a meet and greet. It happens, but I still think we had some nice moments amidst all the chaos! :D

as someone who was there and talked to some of the staff afterwards, it was indeed a shitshow. this doesn't even TOUCH the craziness that was the HALLWAY outside of the room. It was crowded as hell, security were yelling at everyone and threatening to yank them out of like, ADA was not respected, and one staff would say one thing, then another would say something different. I think me being painted green with plungers on my head helped with me getting in bc i tend to stick out in crowd when I'm cosplaying LarryBoy.

As cringe as this is, I love to think they just shit talk and have a laugh with each other about this whole event in general. They’re relatively young men, they’re not gonna actually enjoy all this awkwardness.

This panel was very unprepared. Some mics weren’t working, there weren’t enough seats, etc. the questions were ridiculous and the whole thing was just awkward. Im disappointed twitch. (It was still kind of nice to see them together, but what pisses me off was that this was so unprepared for someone that just face revealed and it’s their first time.)

These questions where asked by overly obsessed fans that legit can’t think of one good question… this was just plain cringe and awkward… I have never been more disappointed during a qna

I'm so glad I never got invested in Dream SMP, not because there's anything wrong with liking it but because you'll be associated with some of the most disrespectful, creepy, socially inept nerds of the century.

I didn't think it was cringy at first then I read shit after it and I wanted to gut myself alive. The fans make me want to die mostly the one fan with the DNF shirt asking if they liked it, you can see their face when they see it are all very uncomfortable. at first, I thought it was a meme shirt, not the gross shit. There are young people there. People asking for photos and to give them shit like it's a Meet and greets. I can see why so many people hate the fandom, I hate it too I just like to content they make. The fans make me feel like I'm eating a glass and at the end, security didn't even help them leave the videos of the dream trying to leave and people pulling on him and grabbing him made me sick.

It was pretty awkward, there were like two good questions in total if I remember correctly, and none of them even came from Twitch.

I could of come up with THOUSANDS of other great questions then the ones that were asked like “Dream what do you plan on doing in the future now that you have face revealed?” Or “Ranboo how has it been ever since you eye revealed?” Like it’s not the content creators fault, they actually helped it not be as awkward. Thank you Karl for making it better by being enthusiastic. And honestly Quakitys face is a mood and it perfectly represents how awkward this was. And also poor Dream we was probably so excited to come and then this happened, I feel so bad :(
