Deja Vu is nothing short of a masterpiece. It is a beautiful, fragile ballad that kicks your teeth down your throat in the chorus. By the way, the iconic "Holding this pain" part was sung by Handong, the Chinese member. It is extra difficult to sort out, because it tells the story from two perspectives. You know how even evil people think they are the good guys? This is reflected here. One perspective is Yoohyeon's, who gets corrupted right in the beginning. She thinks JiU is bad (does not want to share power) and backstabs her and kills, imprisons or banishes the other members so that she can rule alone. The other perspective is reality, where we can see JiU be kind to Yoohyeon, but she gets killed for it. It's not exactly a Deja Vu per definition, but I believe this is a commentary on the different perspectives people can have about the same event. The lyrics seem to hint at an abusive relationship, where there are usually two perspectives as well, and the abuser finds excuses to justify their actions.
Con esta canción casi ganan su primer win, pero the s**w lo saboteó (según algunas teorías que la verdad es que yo las creo, porque cuando pasó eso yo estaba ahí y el fandom ya no era tan pequeño😢 además de que si las sigues en twitter, podrías ver el ataque pasivo-agresivo de ese show a las chicas, que les editaban las fotos con photoshop del malo y encima hacían bromas sobre la situación (por no hablar que querían vender un album que dreamcatcher les dio firmado al staff del show con dedicatorias, por una cantidad de dinero desorbitante)). Pero bueno, ahora ya tienen dos wins y the s**w tuvo que comerse sus tonterías. You need to see their Play Color performances, Genie gets the lighting and camerawork right, and wardrobe / makeup is top notch. Really shows off their choreo and dance styles via camera shots and movement, with the lighting providing a subtle backdrop that also enhances the storytelling of each section. Welcome to the song that should have gotten them their first win. It's shame it didn't but I guess it has made this comeback and these wins all the more sweet and meaningful.

De los MV de canciones en coreano te faltaría reaccionar a R.o.S.E Blue, que no es un title track ya que la sacaron como un OST para videojuego y tiene una historia diferente a los otros MV pero vale la pena porque es un temazo y el MV es una pasada, muchas gracias por las reacciones me gustan mucho tus videos :)

Nice nod to the subtitles! 😉 I really appreciate the effort you put in... I actually hadn't noticed just how many languages you caption into! 😲 This song is absolutely _stunning,_ and doubly so live. As others have mentioned, it ties into the mobile game, King's Raid, reflecting a Dreamcatcher version of the main plot. We first see the story from Yoohyeon's point of view; JiU is the queen, and Yoohyeon sees JiU as having betrayed her (hence JiU wearing the black dress and Yoohyeon the white). In reality, she's remembering events from a... biased narrative. Yoohyeon betrayed JiU to take the throne, and eliminated all the friends who stood in her way. Now she sits on the throne, queen of a desolate land, alone, and with nothing but her twisted memories to bring her comfort. As has _also_ been mentioned, this song _nearly_ got them their first win, but it instead went to Everglow, who led by _11 points..._ under very suspicious circumstances. There's a lot of speculation, and it's never been officially addressed, but it seems extremely likely that Dreamcatcher's scores were tampered with to stop them from winning. According to people who understand the scoring far better than I, Dreamcatcher scored a 0 in Expert Preferences (both Everglow and CLC scored a maximum... 1500?), which seems dicey in the first place... but even with that 0, they should have won. The two main speculations I've seen are that SBS were influenced by either Yuehua, Everglow's very influential label, to get their rookies a win... or YG Entertainment, who apparently hold influence there, as a punitive move against Happyface Entertainment in response to a lawsuit they filed over the mismanagement of the survival show, Mixnine. I hope that makes some sense; it's all very complicated... 😜

They placed 2nd with this song. It’s a beautiful song. Few Dreamcatcher lyrics become memes as big as Handong’s “holding this pain”.
It was indeed that song. Everglow took _their_ first win instead by... 11 points, I think it was? It seems very likely that fudgery happened, but unlike other times where the situation has been acknowledged, and the win being transferred to the correct artist if necessary... the Show never even addressed the _complaint,_ whether correct or not. But whatever problems we may have with the people at the top, from what I've seen, all the staff who actually wind up _working_ with Dreamcatcher love them, as seems true of... basically everyone who meets them.

Yoohyeon represents greed and Jiu represents forgiveness. The part where the members fades and only Yoohyeon left is because she is having Deja Vu at the second chorus (YH's part) you can see all of the members having blank expressions and Handong being mad cause they got betrayed. Yoohyeon killed all the members because of greed to sit on the throne instead of the members.
Deja Vu para mí es mi vídeo preferido y la canción es una de las más importantes para mí su melodía y todo es perfecto en todo. Esta canción cuando salió fue cuando estaba pasando un mal momento y me proyecto una tranquilidad que calmo mi angustia que tenía en ese momento así que si está en mi top del grupo. Mi primer comeback oficial de Dreamcatcher( aunque las conocí 2 días después de que saliera PIRI). Esta comeback fue un viaje de emociones para nosotros los INSOMNIA desde las Bside del álbum hasta el robo descarado por parte de "theshow" a favor de "everglow" pero eso ya no importa. este comeback fue la primera colaboración oficial del grupo con el mundo de los video juegos, con "king's Ride" y en 2020/2021 fue con el anime del mismo juego con la canción japonesa eclipse y su álbum que es una joya a mi parecer.

Esta canción fue una colaboración con el juego del anime Kind's Rain. Por lo que yo he visto, cuando se lanzó este comeback si fue muy apoyado por todo el fandom, hasta muchos querías que está canción fuera el opening de un anime, lo cual no se logró pero sigue siendo una joya de canción. Uff si sin duda, JIU tiene una belleza increíble lo cual por ello le queda muy bien su papel de visual del grupo, pero también es una gran líder. Aquí se puede ver en el vídeo la rivalidad de Yoohyeon y Jiu ya que ellas tienen una conección con los personajes principales del anime Kind's Rain. Deja Vu es una canción que trata de amor y traición, realmente es una colaboración con el videojuego Kings Raid del cual posteriormente le sacaron un anime y Dreamcatcher participó en su segundo opening ( se llama Eclipse y es en japonés) pero a pesar en tener inspiración a un juego tiene elementos que asocian a la saga nightmare, por ejemplo el vínculo de JiU y Yoohyeon, siendo yooh la que traiciona y rompe esa relación con el resto de las chicas
