I'm worried because you aren't replying.... 9 1" So what we are seeing here is the 7 friends (Dreamcatcher) getting rid of their obsession with the crown (materialism, narcicism) by literally destroying it. There is also a lot of imagery about death and legendary figures like Valkyries. Reddit user PaintMeYaBasic has managed to identify these paintings in the MV: Hero by Edward Burne-Jones (from the tale of Hero and Leander), Valkyrie and a Dying Hero by Hans Makart, Hero and Leander by Salvator Rosa and finally "Justice" by Kenyon Cox in the center back. In the tale of Hero and Leander from Greek mythology, Hero is actually a priestess of Aphrodite (Venus in the Roman myths), so that is not the same as the hero who is taken from the battlefield by a Valkyrie in the other painting. The editing in this video is so amazing!!! Like, this is the best I've seen from DCC! I'm seeing so many biblical references, which goes back to the album title! The backup dancers are all in black, while the girls have at least a little white in them (all except Yoohyun mmmmmm). Her in the second chorus is surrounded on all sides by darkness, but she still fights. Darkness tries to dominate them, but they fight against it! "She is the Knight who shines throughout the world, She is the Warrior who gives Strength and Courage to all parts of the World, She is the Eternal Legend who will be Remembered in all parts of the World, She is the Dream Catcher" . This was such a different mv for them! I didn't expect religious themes coming into this, but they rocked it.
