At 2:14 every member has a different style of "breaking out" from the formation. It's so interesting and amazing to watch that I cannot stop replaying it!

Seriously their choreography never disappointed me ever. The girls weren't kidding when they said this choreo is tiring.

THE TRANSITIONS IN THIS CHOREOGRAPHY ARE AMAZING. The first one - 0:08 - 0:14 : the transition between the formations is the sudden chaos caused by the backup dancers fighting with DC. Organized formation -> chaos -> new organized formation. They also make sure to have Dami remain constant and in the center, this makes it so the choreography flows and changes smoothly. 0:32 : a classic from DC the line choreo, but this time it's a tranisition: formation -> a single silhouette -> new formation, again smooth 0:38 : the shape made by the members is a curve that ends at Siyeon who is the center of attention, gahyeon is turned back because she's at the center but shouldn't be where our eyes are, but she immediately faces forward when she becomes center 1:10 : the backup dancers move forward and block the other members as they replace them. The blocking here is a technique they use more in the video. It is also important that the backup dancers move and cover the members so Dami is never alone and there are always 7 people. Then the backup dancers continue the dance movement and choreo. 1:24 - 1:30 : also a DC classic, the stage is divided into areas where things are being setup and executed in order so our eyes are always moving and things are always happening. Also the backup dancers + Dami act as a perfect screen to hide in at the beginning, again blocking. Now here's a favorite of mine - 1:57 : the two front backup dancers cross paths in front instead of just peeling away at the sides. This is to act as a wipe transition, common in videos. They block the falling down of the members and as they 'wipe' the screen the members are suddenly flat on the ground. They fall down vertically before the two backup dancers cross paths and as the backup dancers leave they're suddenly lying down. The timing needed here is phenomenal and the execution even more so. Starting from the bridge we see more wonderful transitions. 2:08 : Jiu goes to the right (viewer's POV) column and Siyeon leaves it. This is more of that blocking and is done beautifully. 2:29 : double feature, another favorite - Jiu is center and the backup dancers step in and replace the members. Jiu is at center and blocks Handong, so when Jiu leaves voila Handong's suddenly the center, and then Handong moves forward and as she leaves Gahyeon is suddenly kneeling there and Jiu's once again back at center. 2:26 : Handong and Gahyeon used the change in formation when the backup dancers replace the members as a screen to get in formation and 2:29 - since Handong suddenly became the center and suddenly grabs our attention with killer facial expressions, Jiu can just walk and move into formation without distracting us. This entire part moves like clockwork. The level of skill and technique in choreographing and dancing is stellar. 2:36 - 2:40 : Gahyeon stands up and blocks Jiu. When Jiu moves from behind Gahyeon our eyes are distracted from Siyeon who casually walks back to be revealed along with backup dancers with the members moving away from the center like curtains on a theater stage. Just chef's kiss. 2:47 : my favorite. The members move to the right (viewer's POV) so our attention is grabbed there. And then the backup dancers appear at the left, then suddenly Dami's at the center with everyone pointing at her. The transition to Dami at the center is thanks to DC's formation. Since all of the girls are at the right Dami can be placed at the middle without it looking like she's center, but when the members move further to the right and leave her there she's perfectly at the middle. She doesn't move but the attention is shifted to her. This is thanks to everything around her telling our eyes to look at the middle. This is amazing how it's executed and I can talk about it for hours but if you really want to see how good it is just watch this moment and look at how everything is carefully done. This part is what made me study the entire choreo carefully which lead to this comment. 2:55 : another case of the surrounding giving attention to someone. Handong just moves to the center from the right but our eyes are at her because she's sandwiched between the lines made by the members and the backup dancers and also her moving is what starts the gun ripple that passes through the members and back through the backup dancers. 3:01 : the backup dancers split from the middle which highlights the dance step of the members spreading away from the middle. A cherry on the top transition on this wonderful choreography cake. Dreamcatcher is the reason for my longest youtube comment and I won't have it any either way.

2:55 wow it's the first time I've noticed this gun pointing ripple effect, it looks so cool. Honestly this whole final part of both the song and the choreo goes stupid hard, I'm obsessed with it.

love that parts of the dance that seem to be inspired by other title tracks! moves that are reminescent of BEcause, you and i, deja vu, and so on

The movement to every transition is so clean its amazing. It so hard not to be so bias specially when i bash almost all GG on their DP. The ammount of tutting. The massive ammount follow the leader. Their canons felt generic but even so they still look good in doing that, they did do some mirroring. I love their hand to feet pop on every 8th count its so clean. My fave part is is probably, in my eyes the cleanest if not the most creative part of the choreo from 0:31 to 0:34. They lined up into a straight formation, but instead of facing straight jiu was facing the group closing the edge of a portal. Watch yooyeon stick half of her body out like she's jumping through it but whats really cool is the effect she did when she pulls herself back. Its so cool. You wouldnt think its all that, but the visual image is stuck in my head. Thats super cool i love it, but like i said then i'll say it now without a shout of a doubt. DC is the best dance group. Its amazing how they trust each other to cover each other. The amount of that trust is so high that they move as one and seeming to fail is nearly impossible. This is too clean its a 10. Unless they make mistakes in my eyes they are the only group i grade from highest to lowest not the otherway around. Again DC beautiful DP ty HWAITIIIIIIIIING!!!!!!!!

The Choreography is so fire and very detailed, even the back up dancers are killing it! I have no other words, hands down to them!! STAN TALENT STAN DREAMCATCHER!!

Wow, there’s so much going on in the first 15 sec of the dance. Each members does a little slo-mo fight scene with the male dancers. I had to repeat it 7 times to see each member. Siyeon in the back being lifted and Yoohyeon grabbing the dancer by the collar. It really feels like a music theater production or a movie even. I know some people weren’t feeling the song or the mv but you can’t just go off one thing. For you to truly appreciate DC’s artistry you have to experience ALL of it. I admit it’s overwhelming (still) even for an old Insomnia like me, but they really put alot of details in their songs, dances, visuals that it’s easy to miss it the first time (or 100x lol) or pass it off as filler or something pretty to look at. But as you watch and listen to their songs more you’ll realize that these little unassuming details were actually intentional and purposeful and that just blows my mind about them. I love them so much, they continually surpass themselves I keep thinking there’s no way they could top that but they did it yet again.

When i thought Scream was the hardest and now Maison 😭😭😭 I could never dance their choreo are totally insane

I can't believe my kitten laid down next to me and watched this entire video.... It's insane how entrancing they are. The music, the voices, the visuals, and ESPECIALLY the dances. not everyone can exude this much charisma while dancing. I may sound biased, but as a dancer I ALWAYS find their dances to be top tier. This one is probably one of my favorites. Sexy and powerful (just like them)

Every time i watching the choreography i notice more things like the interaction with the dancers in the beginning where every member had their own part ( 0:08 Handong 🥵 and Siyeon tho) I cant still believe how they manage not to die during the dancing and also singing live perfectly(in the performances). Its only shows how unique DC is and nobody is doing like them.

This choreo is definitely not for a girl group. I cant look away from the male dancers whenever they are on the screen. They rock the dance so much. But, Dreamcatcher still nailed this choreo so much. That last part when both parties point a gun is so good. Deserve more recognition.
