I could not help but laugh the entire time Yooh and Dong were practice fighting. Karate kid Yooh and Chinese Kung Fu Dong 😂.. I watch too many martial arts movies and play some of those kind of video games. JiU and Gahyeon “fight” was adorable.. if SuA and Siyeon had to fight I am not sure who would win.. Siyeon and the Mustang (I love a pony car) and SuA with the motorcycle are two things I won’t recover from.

20:35 - 20:39 Has Yoohyeon gotten her medical health screening recently? Not sure about it but I was thinking is there any chance of getting hyperthyroidism? But I can see people who taking medication for hyperthyroidism could get too much mass like very overweight pretty quickly. If there is nothing wrong, just ignore. Maybe you are just really metabolically high so you burn off calories very quickly. Anyway, please take care. All the best to all of you ;) By the way please tell Siyeon about the workout, maybe considering swimming as another fun workout. It's kinda fun and most people on the internet commented swimming is like gliding on the surface of water and it's really fun and super less feel hectic though after a swimming lesson could oddly having great chunk of hunger unexpectedly, just to avoid the carbohydrate window period to lessen the risk of having bulk muscles due to large amount of glycogen storage built up because normal human homeostasis mechanism does taking in place. (Sprinting or playing a badminton or such sport etc. is much higher risk of having injuries)
