Thanks for the reaction! This is probably my favourite mini album of the Nightmare series, I love 'Piri', 'Diamond' and 'ATWNOL', and 'Daydream' is a really nice ballad as well. I think once you go from their first album until The Tree of Language, you stop thinking 'I didn't expect them to do this kind of music' and you start thinking 'ok there is no genre they can't do' 😂 But even then they still manage to surprise you in the following albums!
And There Was No One Left is definitely one of my favorite songs by Dreamcatcher. The color grading of the video fits the mood of the song perfectly. Very understated, just Dreamcatcher showing us their incredible voices and looking like absolute dark angels. Wonderland has that same understated tone. I wish they would do more clips like this. The other thing about the ballads is that they are almost always about the members feelings for InSomnia. All Kpop groups try to create a connection with fans, but none have succeeded as well as Dreamcatcher. They feel that everything good that's happened to them is because of the devotion of InSomnia, and in a world that is full of fake, those feelings are very real.
I don't know if you have heard Rockabye cover by Dami but it has some of her best vocals. For rap, her part in 'Bang Bang Bang' DC cover is my favorite. ❤️
Loved ur reaction but don't know why everyone says that ballads aren't their type 😂 ( I respect that) But like am I a minority here ? Cuz i looove emotional ballads even more than title tracks anyone the same ?
There is not a style for dreamcatcher and there is only one genre . This genre's name is dreamcatcher . They can do anything , they can do everything . They re limitless . After all those years they shocked me wtih apocalypse:from us album . They re litterally limitless .
