I’ve been sleeping on the Dreamcloud Premiere for the past two weeks. Two things I observed, 1. The top European layer is a stitched white foam that forms bulges on the surface, it feels like sleeping on the cobblestone street of Europe.. 😂, they really need to do something, it’s very uncomfortable, this is the first thing I notice when i wake up in the morning, I will give it another 2 weeks, maybe I will get used to it, but definitely now I’m very aware of it, which makes it that much harder to forget. I wish the surface was flat. 2. A minor thing, the side of the mattress is covered with the navy blue material which looks great, expensive and luxurious on the web but in fact, when you touch it, it feels cheap and tiny. I’m afraid that in time it will develop runs like on pantyhose. I wish it was a solid material that would last long. Hope it helps.

I just got this mattress in form of 2 twin XL for a split King. I am 6 ft 165 lbs. I absolutely love this mattress. I am switching from a Nectar memory foam mattress. This is a perfect medium firm and gives great support. Mattress feel and comfort is highly dependent on your personal preference.

My wife and I finally decided to get a new mattress since ours was 9 years old, some cheap $600 one from Kohls or something back In the day and saw Dreamcloud and it’s 10k+ reviews saying it was so soft and offered great pressure relief. Dreamcloud is legitimately the most uncomfortable mattress I’ve ever laid on. I’m a stomach sleeper and my wife is a side sleeper, it’s simultaneously so firm that her shoulders and joints are in pain all night, but also somehow sinks in and misaligns my spine and I wake up with back pain every night (which has never happened to me before). The only people that might like this mattress is people who sleep on their back like a coffin, otherwise stay away, we’re going through the “return” process now (it’s setting up a donation or something along those lines).

I'm a stomach sleeper also and spine support is the biggest factor while looking for a new mattress. I appreciate you giving your honest feedback. 👍🏾

I havent tried any DreamCloud beds yet but this brand appears to be right up my alley. Looks like I'll be adding to my personal comparison list to consider for purchase!

Don’t do it . The mattress is trash . Their whole brand is trash . Beds look good but are uncomfortable

I bought this mattress 3 weeks ago and one side (the inside part when it was rolled in in the box) is still not decompressed. Basically, one side of the bed is lower than the other side. Not sure if it will ever decompress. I guess it was rolled in for far too long as it was made and shipped for the United Arab Emirates as on the tag. Fortunately it has a 365 return policy, so I will most likely return it. Another point, this mattress is much firmer than an average medium firm mattress. It's definitely not quite good for the side sleepers.

I wish I had never heard of Dreamcloud. I knew the first day it would not work. The company is unmovable in their policy even as I wanted to return the mattress immediately. They forced me to keep it 30 days. I stopped using it the 3rd day as I had to get another mattress to be able to sleep at all (hard as a rock for a light person) 30 days went by and they are making it VERY difficult to return it and get my refund. The pick up company is ignoring me and I have to wait another 2 weeks at the very least to get my money.

2nd worst mattress I have ever had . I’m 260 pounds 6ft tall and a back sleep . I’ve had the mattress over a year and it is still hard . I got the dreamcloud premier and it’s just complete trash .

We just received this mattress. It’s hard as a rock. We’re giving it a few weeks, but the cloud like description is very deceiving. my neighbor purchased the regular dream cloud and it’s less firm than the premier. Do not waste your money on the premier. Just stick with the regular. I wouldn’t recommend it if you like a med- plush mattress. Definitely on the very firm side. I’m really disappointed so far 😫

Did not want to hear this as I just ordered the premier a few days ago. I'm coming from a full foam bed that's about 10 years old and haven't had a good night's sleep in months. Didn't want something super firm but not super soft either.

I ordered the premier euro top cam in and had bulge 5 inches on the side looked deformed, The company told us to get rid of the mattress and send us a new one same euro top well 8 months later still have the new one which never became 14 inches like it supposed to it is 11 to 13 inches depending were you measure, and feels like it's very firm compared to the first one which I like better, How can to mattress fell so different, I'm getting ready to call company and tell them I'm not happy, I tried to make this matters work but it's to firm and hurting my back and wife's back she liked the first one to but they are the same mattress, what I see here is this company Is not consistent at all, I had this mattress 8 months to see if it will break in but it feels like its gotten firmer, and why isn't this mattress 14 inches like its Supposed to be It feels like they missed the layer inside . And your stuck trying to get rid of the mattress,

Hard as a rock is exactly right. Company replaced our original dreamcloud (which was perfect but a big indentation in ot), with this without even telling me it was different. I hate it. Horrible customer service!!

This is 100% true. My bf and I went to try both mattresses at the store and were shocked to find the regular more affordable dreamcloud is waaaaay more comfortable.

This mattress is just horrible!!! It's like sleeping on a brick on top of a rock on top of concrete. I would get up at least 2 hours early because I just couldn't lie in it anymore. My shoulders, back and hips are in so much pain. It's going back!!
