I usually stay silent, but I wanted to comment and say how grateful I am that you have informed us of everything that has occurred throughout this process. As someone on a very limited income, I look for honest reviews that tell me if a product is worth the money. Had this been my painting, I would have been horribly disappointed with the outcome of the image itself. The image on the website and the image represented on that canvas aren't equal. The bottom corner with the blues is the only portion of the canvas that looked promising. The other is questionable. Thank you for keeping your integrity and honesty about this company and their products. You are doing wonderful things on your channel and I am glad that I found your videos.

So nice to see your face in this one!!!! It is good that now the kit is done you can put this whole experience behind you and go on to other stuff.

I love to diamond paint and I have spent a lot of money on this hobby. I purchased 2 Dreamer Designs on opening day. Rainbow Falls and Never saw Golden Gate Bridge, both 30 x 40. I completed Rainbow Falls and was disappointed in the pixelated picture. The whole time I was diamond painting I kept thinking...I paid $40 for this! I bought 2! (I can never buy just one of anything!)What was I thinking? Well I was thinking about all of the hype of what a great company this was, and that it was a U S company. If it's a U S company then why was I charged a foreign transfer fee on my credit card? I now know it's a Canadian company that ships from the U S. I totally agree with Mrs. C the company is new and has bugs to work out. Is it worth the price? No, I can buy 2 paintings elsewhere for that price. I will keep watching to see if they make improvements and if they lower their prices. Until then, my stash awaits! As far as Mrs. C goes, I like her no nonsense style and that she is real. Thank you for your honesty. I'm posting this here because I know they don't want to hear from real customers.

I would love to get a custom from Ever Moment of that one in the same size using the photo on their website for a mike drop.

Thank you for your honest review Mrs. Coffee. I am on a fixed income and I won't be buying from this company ! Not only because of price and lack of quality in the canvases, but also because of how they treat their customers unprofessionally !

I watched all the hype for this company. I watched 7 different unboxings of the products from the ambassadors I was subscribed to. I do not leave negative comments for anyone so when I saw your canvas my friend, I had to zip it just as I did for Lovecraft forever, My diamond addiction and 4 others. Now that I know I will not hurt your feelings, girl, I am bursting to say what my first impression of the canvas was. Ugly! Oh my Lord I saw these paintings and they were full of jaggie's and on yours and Lovecrafts I thought the colours were the ugliest rendition of a landscape I had ever seen. I know we should not judge before it is worked up but damn! I saw the drill colours and thought I was going to vomit. Oops! Sorry for my language. I looked at your finished canvas and was so horrified at the colours. A burgundy sky? With orange and an orange yellow streaking. Echhhh. Those colours do not remotely complement each other. When do you see wine colour in the sky. On the right hand side, it that clouds or some trees? OMG there is no gradation of color. That was my first impression of Nataliya's canvas too. I saw huge patches of unrelated colours laying side by side. Just horrible but I did not say anything so as to avoid upsetting anyone. Ugly a$$ canvas and we pay to get that? It is not art. Looks like a 4 year old chose the colours. My friend. I heard you state you are no longer an ambassador for the company and you are not happy with the picture versus what the canvas worked up as. Only then did I think it might be ok to tell you what I really thought. If you look at the river bed in Nataliya's painting it is purple veined with turquoise green. Yeah. Cannot tell her though because she is so much a fan. Does she really think it is lovely or is she just a "good" ambassador? I wish to tell you something else my friend. Straight up, I fell in love with you during this review. I admire the heck out of you. You did your review just as you saw it NOT as they wanted you to say. That takes some strong backbone and I admire you so much, my friend. I am PROUD to know you. Sorry you worked so hard on one of the ugliest paintings I have ever seen. You have frequently made me laugh (not easy with a person who suffers clinical depression) and now you have made me love you (again, not easy with a cynical burned out old lady). Bravo, friend. You are the real thing! And a real treasure. Rock on.

I think it is admirable that you finished the painting and followed through with your commitment to review it after all that has happened. I was skeptical after the way they put other companies down before they even opened for business. The emails I received continued to reiterate this over and over so I unsubscribed from them. I thought you gave a very honest unboxing review and I, for one, appreciate as I have a very limited budget for DP due to my job ending in August. You took the hit for that honesty, and that’s not right. Thank you for sticking your neck out there to look out for us. I mean that. ❤️

Thank you for your honesty Mrs. Coffee. My opinion is if they want top dollar for their kits - their kits should be top notch. Most of us are not rich and $57 (including shipping) for just one painting is a lot of money. I have a bunch of $4 canvases that have not frayed. Just sayin'. love your shirt btw ;)

I am so glad you have finished this canvas just because I was curious how it would work out. That canvas hurt my eyes and I didn't even have to see that crap close up. I'm happy that you no longer have to deal with a headache every time you sit down to work on it though. Thank you Mrs. Coffee for the perseverance over this drama b.s. There are so many things I like about this video. The time lapse, music, T-shirt. I am so late to this party, the dreamer design I mean. WOW. As always, good job Mrs.Coffee, your honesty will never turn me off from following you. I wish I had gotten to this video before I bought from them.

Hello Mrs. Coffee, First it is wonderful to see your adorable face and I love the glasses. I just finished watching and reading the comments from other viewers. I totally agree with what you say about the canvas and comments from the viewers. I watched another person's review and couldn't believe she loved the outcome of her painting. It was color blocked and there were colors that didn't fit the image at all. I most definitely won't waste the money on this company that my husband makes. He is a hard worker and it just wouldn't be right. By the way he is a supervisor of quality control in a factory. He couldn't believe a business would send out a product to the consumer without trying the product first in the company. Bad business decisions all around. If I were one of the artists I would be so upset at how the art work they did ended up looking like that on a product. To bad they probably didn't have a say once they sold their piece of work and probably signed a contract giving up all rights to said work. I'm just assuming this. I appreciate getting to see the finished canvas. This was the image that tempted me the most, but you are right. This does not have enough detail for my taste.

I appreciate your honesty and candor when you do your videos. In my opinion they have lost a lot when letting you go as an ambassador. I watch many you tube videos and like all the different perspectives

So I am reading this two years later. You are so correct. You are so beautiful. Why spend $50 on something that is falling apart. You are speaking the truth.

I love your honesty all throughout this process. I know that I didn’t know you all that well at the time, but I was completely thrilled when you told me that you were chosen as an ambassador for a new dp company! Who better?!! (All of you other ‘tubers out there know I love you folks too!). I had seen enough of your unboxing and review videos to know that you would do a fabulous job!! As you know, Mrs Coffee, I don’t have an income and I have been living off my savings. Which is nearly all gone. I decided to wait until I knew whether or not I would have an income soon before I tried out the new company. I was just as excited as anyone and I was ready to hit that, “buy,” button. The one and only image I liked enough to buy was the one that the “face” of the company was to be working on. When I saw the unboxings, I thought they were hideous! Then I thought, “Give it a moment, perhaps the image will get better once all the proper colors were in their places.” Each and every finished project I’ve seen, I have turned my nose up to. Wait, rewind...ok, maybe the only one that is cute is the Corgis. I’d rather save my money. I thank you very much, Mrs Coffee, for your brutal honesty! If I make a purchase with this company, it may be after they’ve picked up their game a bit. I may not purchase anything ever from them. I noticed a few times questions were avoided, or there were times when something was said, then changed. I think you did a FANTASTIC job with what you were given. Just like I know that you will continue to do a FANTASTIC job in any review you will do! Why, because you give 110% at EVERY THING you do! You look good in glasses! The next time I hear you make a negative comment about how you look on camera, I’m going jump thru my phone or my tv or whatever and wrestle you! It’s very hard to get on camera and do what we do! I thought you looked Beautiful! I like your shirt! Where’d you get that! Oh, you’d win by the way. Yeah, the wrestling match, I have a bad back.

I started questioning them when they did a live 'comparison' to another company. They did not say what company, other than Aliexpress (that's a buying and selling forum, not a diamond painting company). If you are going to claim to be one of the best, you need to compare yourself to someone who is in your league. Just because their drills are 'vibrant and sparkly' does not make a canvas perfect. I feel so bad for the artists, as their paintings are amazing! Thank you for being you and giving an amazing opinion! You do you girl!

So glad that you were truthful and honest in working with this kit and this company. Showed that their products are not great, and their attitude is even worse. Hopefully now you get to work on something really pretty!

Hi Mrs.Coffee, I wish I had seen your review before I had bought from them. I have completed 2 of them. The one I did run out of and the second it was pixelated - just like you said. I still have 2 to go...but I'm dealing with Huacan right now. Those are popping all over. So it is a toss up, for me. I love Diamond Art Club hands down. Thanks so much for all your videos. I always learn from you.

I can't speak for this image, but I can say that I've done 3 from them with the V2 Canvases and they are so much better! I did First Winter, Scarlet Macaw, and The Wooden Bridge and they are good. I still used a light pad because I don't have good lighting in my house, but I didn't struggle. I didn't notice any fraying in the canvas either. If they ever restock the V2 canvases I would happily recommend this company, but if not don't bother.

Wow .. thanks so much for the warning. I think it is wonderful that you can put something out there exactly the way it is and let us decide whether we think it is a good or bad deal. I have to agree with you on this one .. the picture simply does not look good and I would be very disappointed after putting all that work in it. I do hope they are listening to you because they would only benefit from a fair and impartial review if they listen. After what they have done to you it now begs the question do they want an honest review or do they want people to lie for them? If you don't sugar coat their products then they throw you by the wayside? Hmmm!!!

I am Canadian and I was in business too! If that company wants to stay in business, she MUST LISTEN her ambassadors! If she wants "YES WOMEN ", she will never know what's true and on what she needs to working on. But ambassador in my mind is someone who is able to tell the TRUTH pain or not to permit you to change what needs to change, it's not somebody who will always says "oh! It's perfect, you do good, etc" when it's not true. So, stop to take ambassadors, engage "yes women"! And in 2-3 years, you will stop to be a good reputation company! Will you still be in business with à so bad canvas like that one?? No! Mrs Coffee is right. I saw your site and I was in love with that painting. But know, I am so happy to not have bought it!

Hi Mrs. Coffee, I would send it back to them C.O.D.!! And nicely tell them where it needs to go. But that's me. Remember the other day u were talking about the snow u were getting, I'm on the East Coast of NJ and we're getting it now. Started snowing at 3:30pm this afternoon and s not stopping till 7am tomorrow morning. I dislike snow so much, that I'm not going anywhere this week!!

Wow...didnt know about that drama...you made some good points I sent them a message about some of the issues as well...i don't like the colors and pixel look but I do like the diamonds and canvas .. I agree that the price is high for the final product hope they make some changes 🤷🤦

I agree with the outcome not being as accurate as the the picture on their website, it looks blobbly (is that a word?), however, I'm working on the small Grumpy Cat DP and so far it's looking really good! Thanks for the review.

Ok, sorry for being late but it's a bad physical and mental health day for me. However, I had to get online to watch this video when I got the notification. You are that important to me Mrs. Coffee. That saying, You are so the better person. You followed through with all that You said you would do. You stayed as positive if not more than most anyone else with the issues and mental abuse thrown at you from the company, said PR "the face" Ambassadors, and sadly even other RU-vidrs. So I'm still your major supporter. I'm in your corner always. The image is so not a good representation of the actual painting. I blame that to the company not charting their products. Congrats to You and your perseverance. The company has lost so much face with the community with their treatment, they have thrown away the possibility of a true ambassador, what they have now are "Yes" people that just want free products. It is now done, let's move on to bigger and better projects! You be You Boo Boo.

it looks nothing like the original picture, the colors are wrong. Unless you want something that looks like a very child like rendering of an atomic bomb going off, me Nah!! I thank you for finishing it and reviewing it for us but I wouldn’t have done it.

Diamond art is so cool

Lets hope they will work on all these issues... oh god, it looks SO bad... bbbrrrrrrr... I had stopped watching other DD unboxing's and/or WIP's very fast, because I did not like what I saw... and I hope they will learn to treat there customers better really, really soon!... I so feel for all the diamond painters that are now stuck with images like yours... Mrs. Coffee, I hope that in a year or so you can buy a canvas from them and finish it with a smile on your face... I want to tell you something... I studied Vincent Van Gogh in Art. Class in high school in the 50’s and loved him. I would like to do his Grumpy Cat , but being from Canada it will be expensive. Would you recommend the Grumpy Cat as I know you bought that canvas. I liked your video and all your info. Sorry that the canvas didn’t work . I wonder if the cat would be better. Your work is amazing. Even for the canvas that didn’t turn out well your work is very neat.

I wish they would stop putting things like “”Paint with Passion” on their Instagram and instead post info on what they are doing to improve and address customer issues/concerns. I bought Carmel Tide Pools for the realistic looking beach scene. Now I have to decide whether to do it or go through the hassle of trying to return it. I also have Forgotten Memories where I don’t think the bench looks like a bench. I love your channel and can’t wait to see what DAC’s you got! 😃

Has anyone tried to contact the artist so they can see how their work is being represented as a diamond painting? If that were my work I would be pissed at that rendering! It looks nothing like the original that the artist put their hard work into! Thanks for the HONEST review!

I would LOVE to see you get this picture as a custom from EverMoment to compare the canvasses. Their bullcrap message about EverMoment needs to go up in flames. It's okay to be new and have issues. It's NOT okay to treat people like this and to not take responsibility. They need time to get their act together.

I had only heard about this company a couple of days ago and even then I wasn't impressed. My first impression was they were trying to copy DAC (with the scalloped edges), but did they even test their products before they decided to open? To me that picture looks like a brush fire, but for that size you don't expect the picture to be so dang pixellated. (sorry about the spelling.) I love diamond painting and I'm on disability so I have to watch where I spend my money and learned the hard way with some companies. I definately value your opinion and appreciate your opinions .

I am new to your channel and have enjoyed going through your awesome videos. You are adorable and make me smile - so have enjoyed listening to you and watching you. Wow, the picture on their site has blue in the left upper corner and stars - not red - and the picture is quite clear - as opposed to the diamond painting which appears more like an abstract painting. No offense to you - as your work is always beautiful. I will not be checking this company out. Thanks for sharing your honest opinions on this company!

I think someone else said this in the live last night, but is so true, I feel bad for the artist who created that price. They ruined something beautiful.

I love your shirt! I understand why you are upset. That finished dp looks nothing like the image promised. it's ugly. A shame they are not really standing behind their work. I still have to unbox mine once I have the energy, and I am scared!

I wish I would’ve done more research before buying from Dreamer Designs. I’m out $40 and am incredibly disappointed in the quality of the canvas, which the foundation and most important part of the kit. The tools - all I use is the tweezers, okay. The shipping was nice, but the customer service, not good. Literally received a blanket response that they had given another customer. I’m in their FB group and their following got on me, stop being picky. Their mods - contact their customer service, it’s the best. Then there were others like me who were completely dissatisfied with the canvas that not only grays, but looks like it’s been pulled through their printing process. It’s completely distorted and I am now waiting on their “resolution.”

Did they say the canvas is polyester by chance ? I'm sorry but that painting looks like a blob of mixed colors doesn't even make a picture just bland .I'm hoping to see other projects done and hope they turn out ok

I went to the website and stared at the pix. My conclusion? Original painting is beautiful and peaceful. Their color choices in diamonds? Hideous...and now it's lower-priced. Thx for being honest. My diamonds painting funds are limited at best. I, too wanted Grumpy Cat but after comparing pix I won't be getting it. Maybe later when they improve😎

I do not understand how a company, who wants to come off as a high end, high quality and an ethical company, just randomly starts out WITHOUT testing their canvases first and WITHOUT any kind of plan to reimburse the customers who had a bad experience. Like, it's their own work that was left undone and now they're not taking any responsibility for bad print and the canvas losing fabric pieces. And I know that beauty is in the eyes of the beholder, but really, these canvases (as many as I've seen) don't look very detailed for their size, and it seems they have just turned the saturation to super high, so they could use "pretty and bright" drills. When I first heard about this store opening, I thought that the ambassadors would get their canvases first, complete them, give feedback, and maybe they would change some things and THEN open the store to the general public, but no. Like, what is the point of the ambassadors? Just to make them look good for a free canvas? Nah girl... And sorry if you address all this in the video, but I just turned it on and will start with my WIP, so I'm not gonna comment later :D Keep up the fun videos :)

Had to pause the video to comment! This canvas is not worth $50! When you showed the fraying and then literally pulled that piece and it just came off like nothing, I was floored! It almost seems like the canvas is deteriorating or something! I have never seen that before! I have had a canvas fray but it just a little string hanging off the edge or something! I fix it by taking a lighter to it like if you had a string hanging from your clothes! I don’t think that would help here, would probably just burn the whole thing up! I am still shocked by the sight of you pulling that off!

If they are going to treat people like this, I really don’t care if they succeed or not. It’s their loss, we have several great companies to buy from.

If I was looking for a diamond painting Of a volcano this might fit the bill otherwise it looks like hot trash.

OMG! Now I am really depressed that I bought a painting right out of the gate. Please tell me why the clouds are brown and the sunburst looks like a forest fire and the hillsides are a hot mess! This is what folks get for $50???? I have not listened to your review yet because I had to pause at the side-by-side to see if I was really seeing what I was seeing!!! That painting is pathetic! I will now unpause to see whatcha gotta say.
