DreameTech W10 Has it ALL - This May be the Best Mopping / Vacuuming Robot - Ultimate Review 

This is a very neat robot. Looks like someone is finally putting a vac and mop together where both are pretty good.

I love the W10. It's so close to perfect, not quite but still... It's great. I had serious doubts when I purchased and I take it all back. My floors look polished. If I could reverse engineer it.... -2 sweeping brushes -the free ability to delete map areas instead of remapping the entire floor. -Height adjustment, with the ability to climb a carpet that has a 0.5 inch pad. -the ability to adjust the vacuum brush height automatically as needed -the ability to drop off the mop pads in the charging base (electromagnetic pickups) to switch to vacuum only mode, for no mop zones. -a solution jet that can mist a cleaning chemical at adjustable intervals, or just for spot cleaning. -a larger base that has a bigger dust bin to auto empty the robot. For an ultra high end model.... -full 3d environment mapping, with smart obstacle awareness: meaning it knows the difference between existing furniture (that may have been relocated), and a person or pet, blocking it's path. (Alerts an automated message to clear the path, then automatically resumes when it's cleared) -dual sweeping brushes that are retractable (self cleaning/untangling) -taller carpet height adjustments and dynamic vacuuming power - a base that connects like a washing machine, with both fresh water inlets and dirty water drain outlets, and an option to have a whole home vacuum connection for the bin, to completely automate the self cleaning. If the base is the size of a dish washer, then maybe the ability to run two robots from one station, and cut floor cleaning time in half. I still give it 5 out of 5 stars for replacing me as a full time OCD floor cleaning sentry. I use it at least twice a day it seems. Maybe I'll get bored eventually. Lol

great job Nate. What would your suggestion be. I want mopping and self emptying. 3800 sqft mostly hard floors with a couple low pile rugs. Have stuff on the floor like tables,chairs and cat toys. Thanks.mark

I got this a couple days ago. General speaking is way better than Narval, app experience, vacuum capacity, and multiple map. What I don't like is the mop doesn't clean like a couple inches from the wall, battery life not so good, if you have a big house, it will struggle to finish in one charge. I also picked up a S7, it surprised me with the mopping performance. The deep mopping mode is great. Battery life great. I think I am keeping the S7, just going to purchase more mop pads so I can replace and wash them in the washer. Great video.

Hey Nate, love your videos, I'm wanting to get our first robot vacuum. I'm in need of mopping and want LIDAR, and am not wanting to break the bank (under $300 US, the more under the better lol). Was looking at the VAEVON V8 since its currently $150, but your video of it it seemed to have some mapping and pick up issues. Is there any suggestions you could make to fit my needs

@Robot Masters, one of the key features of the W10 is the automatic mop head cleaning. What happens if you have a 2-level house and intend to mop both levels? I looked at the specs of the W10 and it states that it can save up to 3 levels, however it does not explain HOW to operate the mopping for the multi-levels. I have a 2-level house and I am contemplating buying the W10, however I am concerned that the W10 cannot realistically and automatically mop of both levels. So, on that note, would the following scenario of steps work? 1. Place the base station on the bottom level 2. Run the robot to build the map of the lower level. 3. Run the robot to build the map of the upper level. 4. Run the robot to vacuum and mop the lower level. Whilst mopping the lower level the robot will repeatedly return to the base to clean the mop heads. Once the job is complete the robot will return to the base station 5. Pick up the base station (and robot) and place in on the upper level 6. Run the robot to vacuum and mop the upper level. Whilst mopping the upper level the robot will repeatedly return to the base to clean the mop heads. Once the job is complete the robot will return to the base station Is this possible?

Hi, is it possible to clear the dust tank and to remove dirty water & add in clean water on a weekly basis? How far is it possible to stretch the maintenance? Appreciate your input on this. Thanks!

I really like my Narwal. I don’t use it for vacuuming, it a Mop robot, I have a Roomba for that. Narwal looks more elegant than the W10. My issues with both is that they still need to be picked up and have the mop attachment changed out for vacuuming.

How is the streaking after mopping. I have the Braava M6 and that thing streaks like a drunk college kid.

How does the mop stays wet throughout the house? I presume it will get dry after a while, unless there’s a water tank inside the robot?

Hi! Can you please recommend which vacuum you would go for. I have a dog who sheds lots of hair so I need one who is really good at vacuuming, price is not a problem. I dont need selft empty, preferred to have mop cleaning heads, and want to be able to do both vacuum and moping without me having to switch the head. Await your response. Thank you.

I am trying to find a good mop/vacuum combo for my small apartment (less than 1000sq ft); I don't have children so no issues with big messes or spills but I do have dogs and a cat (litter on the floor is an issue). What robot do you recommend for small spaces like mine and light cleaning duty? I do have some carpeted areas that I prefer to clean myself so I won't need the robot to be able to perform well on carpet, just pick up litter at worst and mop my living room and kitchen areas.

This throwing dry dirt on the floor needs to be called out. It is not the real world. Real-world dirt in a house is not like this. It is way too often mixed with moisture so semi-wet corn flakes on the floor. Dried banana etc. yet no one seems to notice all these test are done with very controlled mess. Just show me a real dirty house once in a while.
