This is the first time ever in the history of RU-vid I have ever seen a home in Ghana that actually matches the price. edit: I don't know why my brain thought this was 2.5 million cedis, and not dollars. It's still ridiculously expensive and is clearly marketed to non Ghanaian people, but compared to ALL the other houses shown on RU-vid in Ghana, it's still a closer match in price than what is usually shown.

Marble stones , exposed concrete and terrazzo finishing with natural wood all over and greenery everywhere. Now, that’s how I see my dream home indigenous a Ghanaian mansion should look like . This is a modern village house I must say .👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

This house is very typical of what you see here in South Africa with stones/concrete and wood combination but, that price is more than double what you'd expect to pay even in Joburg. The garden is also beautiful and the setting is perfect. I hope to see more stones being used and gardens in new Ghana developments.

Jamaicans are related to you Vanessa. We love mountains. Abree is the preferred place for Jamaicans to live in Ghana. The house is beautiful but isolated from activities. It's for a hugh family with lots of friends or extended family members. It's a bit too dark but paint can brighten up the space.

This house is no joke. First house I've seen in these videos that doesn't look cookie-cutter. I've been happy to see a lot of the housing developments on this channel but too many of them just don't have a classic/classy look. Yes, the terrazo also looks SOOOOOOO much better than the tile I keep seeing in these videos.

They're living my dream. I wanna live the rest of my life in Aburi. It has been my life's dream ever since I lived in Gh for about 2 yrs. Every opportunity I could get to Aburi, I utilized it to the fullest. The air quality alone should cost a million bucks. I've never smelled such good air in my life. And the weather is to die for. this is a beautiful house. Love the use of natural materials. It is respectful of its surroundings, and has a modern but authentically African feel, so much more beautiful than some of the monstrosities I have seen built in Accra.

Absolutely fantastic. First house I’ve seen in Ghana worth praising. It’s obvious the owners are eco conscious, have taste, worldly and wildly travelled. This is luxury on par with the big luxury houses over here in UK’s countryside if not better.

Personally I would never move to Africa. It's nice to see a beautiful home in Ghana that's elegant and sophisticated. The only thing I hate to see is the bars on the windows. It takes away some of the beauty of the house. Nevertheless, it's gorgeous and worth the price! 🤗❤

Great layout, great views, the pool definitely sells the property. But the choice of materials is one of the most confused I've ever seen, almost feels like the video the owners saw that inspired the pool was one of many that made it hard for them to pick a consistent theme. Poor use of space, and furniture/fixture choices are just not great. It's a great start, the new owners will have a lot of work to do...

Very nice property. I wish it was not in Aburi but East Legon. Aburi is over rated. I drove there two weeks ago and guys, I will never want to live up there. It was raining and huge rocks on the mountain were just falling off on the main Aburi road which to me is a death trap. I realized this is something no one talks about and only talks about the view. Please do me a favor and drive there on a rainy day and see things for yourself. As much as I loved the views and the weather I couldn’t wait to get out of there.

I like the outdoor space of this house but inside is a bit confusing with the expose stone on one side and concrete on the other. I must say though that this house is one if the few that actually makes sense. Sometimes some of the houses have these huge master bedrooms but a bathroom with one sink and or the closets are small. Good job Vanessa, nice dress.

Aburi is undergoing serious destruction of the beautiful forest , climate change, cultural environment destruction farmlands destruction and destruction of trees and greenery. Please don’t sell land to make money and destroy the forest.please advise your buyers and sellers to save the forest, plant trees and grow green grass instead of building walls which causes erosion and flooding. Folks use plant hedges for fencing. Plant green grass instead of concrete driveways and compound. Plant several fruit trees and willow trees. Let’s stop climate change in Aburi. The climate is changing due to the cutting of trees and destruction of the forest. Please educate the people don’t make Aburi to become like Accra. Stop the tree cutting and plant trees. The Akwapim South Municipal Assembly must enforce building permits with strict policy to open green space and planting 12 trees for each tree cut to build a house. The Agymenti and Kitase community is being destroyed with massive tree cutting for greedy house developers. Erosion and rockfalls are becoming permanent due to houses being built on sloppy areas without permits. The Assembly is not working and the corrupt officers taking bribes and approving building permits must stop.Assembly must make a policy of no tree cutting and planting of trees and green grass in all open areas and along all major road sides. Kitase road must be voided of kiosks and undermined rock, stones and block business vendors causing erosions and water drainage problems. All subdivision and major enclaves such as Lansdown’s must have open space such as golf course with greens. No concrete wall should be permitted for houses rather hedge planting for walls. Please share and forward to the government and community on your social media pages..
