I just discovered this map yesterday and started playing on it, and I'm loving it ! It's listed now on the forum as in testing for pc and hopefully we'll be able to sell or use the barns on the starting farm. I do hope the author keeps muti terrain angle for pc if it ever comes to consoles though, it makes a huge difference in immersion.
As a console player, I would absolutely put significant time into this map. Hopefully, the author will put out an update fixing the problems you noted and release it on all platforms
Unfortunately a while ago ive discovered that fs on console never has and never will achieve the abilities that the pc version with mods has and that's just the way it is sadly
She's a beaut, Clark. Some really nice assets. Too bad about the texturing, but it really is an awesome effort here. Very good looking map, this took more time to do than some would think.
If the log pile is from platinum I had it activated so that would be why it would have showed up. If you didnt have the DLC it wouldnt have appeared I suspect.
@FarmerKlein the way I understand it all the dlc maps are locked so modders cannot use their assets. As a player you can drop the silverrun (or zielonka) productions into any map if you have that dlc installed, but modders cannot hard code these into their maps because the code is locked. This is why you don't ever see silverrun productions or sell points. A modder could add the silverrun fill types to a modded sell point but they cannot use the silverrun market. In this case, any scenery on the silverrun map should be locked and unavailable for a modder to use...unless they hacked into it. Not sure that is the case here, that is for giants to decide.
@@Carl-TGModdingOfficial Load the map with and with out platinum and see if its still there. Or load it up on a system with out platinum even installed and see. If it was pulling DLC assets in an unauthorized fashion Giants should have recognized this and 1 not released the map and 2 made the author fully aware of what they did and the repercussions of doing so.
@@FarmerKlein well the thing is there is now way for map objects to appear only when you have the DLC enables that is just not possible its only possible with certain thing from DLC's
