Said transfer press is controlled by Siemens Simotion. It consists of a servo press with a press capacity of 8000kN, a transfer system and a coil line. It is used for the production of structural parts for the automotive industry. The heart of the coil line is formed by its coil straightener with single roll adjustment for the processing of high-strength strip material. The coil change takes place in inching mode via view. The transfer change rails have a manual rail couplings.
