Mann, it's not Wet's rhyme skills that have everyone going crazy because, let's be honest, he got a long way to go to be considered even a decent rapper. Probably, bcuz he's a street nigga first. People screaming,"this is 🔥" and "he gonna be the next best out da Raq" (where I'm from). are saying that mostly because he comes from a set that rings bells, they're very well known especially on social media. Same thing happened when 051Kiddo dropped a few songs. Everyone went crazy but the tracks were 🗑️. I don't know anyone replaying them. They wasn't 🔥, they was more like a soggy pack of matches. But Kiddo, like Wet, is from a very popular set. Wouldn't have been all the hype if he wasn't from YM. I'm not trying to hate, I fw 150 and Drenchgang. Let's just see Wet improve his skills before we put him in the Hall of Fame🏆

My opinion of 051Kiddo's rapping is my opinion and it hasn't changed yet. I fw NLMB/DRENCHGANG and I want to see Wet (or Drench) win. I'm just saying I don't think he's ready for the Hall of Fame yet but he's improving. There's a few tracks that I'm listening to regularly now and I like his direction. What you need to do is realize that just because someone dislikes something doesn't mean their necessarily "hating" it. If I think someone's a lazy "rapper" who I think has almost no skills and is trying to get a bag going by dropping something just as there's big news about him coming outta prison after a long bid (where he missed the best years of Chicago Drill Era Rap), I'm just giving my personal opinion and I'm entitled to it just like you are.
