I love when instructors praise and tell us how well we are doing and also help us when we feel a bit 😭

I think you are doing such a great job. It’s tough! But you never give up. It’s so nice to see a rider like you on here xx

I think your horse is lovely and you ride her so quietly and sympathetically. Thank you for sharing your lesson - such clear and constructive advice with a sense of humour thrown in. Priceless!

I was horse mad as a child but no access to a horse! I had a go at riding aged 40 2 falls including concussion and that was me finished! I’m currently in pain from a slipped disc but oh I do enjoy watching your lessons. The comments are priceless. I’m actually laughing through the agony

Oh no! I’m sorry to hear that. That’s why it’s so annoying when people say it’s not a sport! They don’t see the risk

Have seen Rich on a few other channels. He seems absolutely lovely. Your channel was suggested to me by RU-vid.

Absolutely love Rich. Saw him on Meg Elphick’s channel. He is a hoot. Kind of person you want to go to the pub with 🇺🇸🐴

The reason you are falling out in circles and getting a shoulder in effect is because your position is shoulder in. On circles and turns, you need to lead with your inside hip and shoulder, not the outside.

Yeah, I know I’m not the straightest person in the world, especially since snapping my hamstring.

Not really anything to do with you being "straight", its more that your position is not biomechanicaly effective.
