I wish rider position would be addressed first before trying to improve the horse. Rider has very stiff back and hold herself against the saddle knee blocks which doesn't help the horse.
Agree the rider is pulling off balance . As he reaches forward she should allow the nose in front of the vertical and this will help him have a break relax and then collect again .
