I see a lot of comments from moms as I scroll through them. I lost my mom to cancer in February of 2019, just two months after I met my wife Becky. We got married this past year in August of 2022, and I know she was there with us. The first time I heard this song was when my wife sent it to me and it brings tears to my eyes and memories of my mom every time I hear it. So to the all the moms commenting, thank you for showing the love for your sons.

Right there with you my guy lost my mom to lung cancer April 2020 while going through a divorce her passing lead me home to the woman I now call my fiancée and she showed me this song the few weeks ago and can’t even begin to describe all the emotions 🙏🏼

Mother's day, I received this song, in a message. From my mother in law. My husband is her oldest, and only boy, she raised him all by herself. 18 more days until my wedding I can’t wait to play this for my mom while we dance. She has no idea what the song is going to be. She will cry really hard since I’m her youngest. Edit: for everyone that is still liking this I hope you all have better luck someday than I did. My wedding turned out to be ruined by my mother and cousin before it even started and my mother didn’t even attend my wedding. I never got to dance with her to this song. I am now disowned by that entire side of my family due to a lie my cousin started about my wife the morning of my wedding.

My son married 5/11/24 … the BEST day for him, her & me!! I had him at 41 and smelled the roses all the way! I miss him being little. I just want to hold him in my lap again!!😢 I am oxygen dependent now and this is the song we danced to at the wedding and there was not a dry eye in the house. Well, tomorrow is finally my big wedding day. My mom sent me this song months ago and told me she’d like to opportunity to have this as our mother and son dance at the reception. I had my angel at 23. I struggled with alcoholism from the age of 15. When I was graced with my pregnancy, it was the only thing that gave me the strength to get sober. I loved him so deeply. after birth, I developed postpartum cardiomyopathy, which is a rare form of heart failure due to pregnancy. They told me I couldn’t have anymore kids. It makes him even more miraculous and amazing to me. I love my son more than any words can ever describe.

I have worked my whole life to hear 3 words from my mom and I am now 37 years old and she finally said she is proud of the man/son she has and I still feel it in my heart. She is still alive. I made a lot of mistakes in my life, but the one relationship I had to fix was with my mom. She is more then I ever though,she is one strong amazing woman who actually taught me so much and I just didn’t see it until now. To all the mothers out there never give up on your sons, if you see them changing to have what was lost and rebuilding to become a better man for the woman in his life. I’ll responded I’m just taking him across the bridge. 🥰 I’ve lived long enough now and have two sons that I’ve had to give away. I just heard this had me 😢 reminds me of 20 Year ago when my Baby Miracle Boy got married. Sadly they are not together anymore. But they gave me 2 Beautiful Granddaughters 19 and almost 17. I got to help him out with raising them. They just went separate ways about 5 years ago and I cried and prayed and prayed every night. ❤ My family very Much. And So proud of my Daughter and Son.

This is my son and his future wife's first dance as it makes more sense then having him dance with me to it...I love how it speaks about both his new wife and his mother and stating he would like to have the next dance for him and his mom. I would NOT want to dance with my son to this song as he says Baby here we are white dress and a black tux...and first night with the same last name is not speaking about him and his mother. I cried when my soon to be DIL sent this to me as she loves how it references the wife and mother. All you Men out there always remember to be kind to your momma's. I have 2 young men and they will both always be my babies!

This is definitely the best for a momma and her baby boy to make it their song on that special day. There wasn't a dry eye at the reception when we left the dance floor.
