Thank you so much! I've been *longing* for Drew to play the Emcee for ages--so glad he finally had the chance! He sounds great here--I hope a proshot or at least further video will pop up at some point. Question though: is the speed slowed a bit in the recording? It seems glacial at "Normal" speed. When I tried it slightly faster at 1.25x, it sounded more along the lines of the usual tempo I've heard w/the song. (And Drew's voice sounded more... Drewy, for lack of a better word. His vibrato is usually a bit faster.) Anyway regardless, thank you again for offering this audio glimpse of a performance I sure would love to have seen!
it's as slow as they played it on stage, I have not changed a thing here. It's been played slow for effect in this scene and circumstances of this production I can only assume. It worked.
