In my last game i scored againt a senior team the defender were very tall and rigid but i scored a goal and gave an assists i am now a part of my school team and i will be playing in a cup tournament in vew months , you video helped a a lot
Can you make like a vid explaining solo practice sessions. Like dribbling,shooting,passing,etc. and maybe even incorporate a progressive overload like the gym and make the stuff harder as you improve??
Yes thats the plan! I think you mean like how to work to improve your first touch by yourself lets say and then after you improve a little bit, how can you take it further. Is that what you mean?
He never mentioned about using the soles. I played futsal and see a lot of people used the sole of their foot in a game . This also includes in football where people like Hazard uses that technique quite often
Yes sole is very effective futsal, I also do it in the games too but I dont think it is the basics of dribbling. Because when the pitch is wet, It could be very unpredictable! But for futsal it is the best way because you have so much grip. Thanks for the comment 🙏

0:25 you can do “complicated moves” and they can be used to dribble past defenders if used with good timing but I think it’s more effective to dribble past defenders using simple moves and also 3:02 it’s called reverse elastico. Good vid I subbed
Thats right you can but many players asking me how to do complicated moves before they learn the idea or simple steps. That was my point there. Of course you can use the complicated dribbling moves.
