Procedures for making fish Curry
Step 1 :
Soak fish into water for about 5 minutes
Drain water after that.
Step 2 :
Heat a pan
Add oil and then add cumin and fenugreek seeds
After that add onion fry well
Add garlic and ginger paste
Stir well.
Now, add green garlic fry well.
Add turmeric powder and then add chilly powder, pepper powder. Then add tomatoes and fry well.
Cook it for 2 to 3 minutes. Add salt too.
Now add water about 1 or 11/2 glass. Let it be boiled .
After that add fried fish 🐟. Cook for 5-6 minutes more in medium heat. Add coriander leaves.
Now, turn off the heat. Pour the fish curry into a bowl.
Serve it with rice 🍚 or any other food items.
