Ricsit környezete folyton arra kényszeríti, hogy behúzza a kéziféket. De mint minden vagány srác, Ricsi sem akar megfelelni senkinek: otthagyja az iskolát, mert ő valaki szeretne lenni. Most, azonnal, 17 évesen. A jogsi nélküli illegális rodeók, a hajnalig tartó bulik, a rendőrök elöli futás és a szüleivel való állandó viták a hétköznapjai részévé válnak. Ricsi elhatározza hogy kipofozza roncs BMW-jét a kertvégi disznóólból kialakított garázsban, hogy elindulhasson a vidék híres rally versenyén. Mindent megtesz, hogy összeszedje ehhez a pénzt, amiből persze még több probléma születik… Zsaruk. Csajok. Rommá tört kocsik.

SYNOPSIS
The young rebel, Ricsi, lives his life on the edge. ‘Trouble’ is his middle name. He is unruly, restlessly scaring up problem after problem. Driving cars without a license, theft and escaping from the cops are all just a part of his daily routine much for his parents' despair. Ricsi won't stand for routines nor the expectations of his deadbeat father. Afterall, where was he when Ricsi needed him the most?
DRIFTER was shot over a period of five years and is a portrait of a unique young man who takes life in his own hands.
