I’ve owned this exact tool for more than a year and have never figured out how to use it! Turns out my drill press slots don’t go all of the way through. No wonder!!!😂 But thanks for showing me how they work! They’ll work great on my welding table👍👍👍
I just got my first drill press and want to assemble a good set of tools and accessories to go with it. I'm glad I now know about this type of clamp so thank you for making this video.
In my shed, one whole wall is clamps, clamps of every shape and size. A collection of years of working alone, and needing a couple extra hands. They are my most used tools. Thanks for hanging out Kevin, great video. Be well my friend.
I am getting a collection of them can never have enough just got back from getting my box trailer catching up on my comments sorry for the late reply Hatch.
Good find there Kevin.....had one of these for about 15 years but it`s a Vise-Grip is the make but it`s all the same....works really well on the drill press....CHEERS
will clamp vice in place as well as most anything else you need to drill quick and accurate, saved sore hand many times I never take them off drill tanle
Nice piece of clamp Kevin.very good idea.i do not know if i can find something like it in greece but even if i don`t i think i will manage to build something like it.thanks for sharing!
I've been thinking about getting a couple of those clamps. Don't look like they're any good for much thinner stock (not a lot of adjustment left there). Will they clamp tight to the bench or drillpress table with nothing under them?
Nice clamp! You can always extend the stud with a rod coupler or weld it and put spacer blocks under it to clamp thicker stuff . Makes a great third hand..
I bought a pair of these and I couldn't even understand how to use them they were a stupid purchase I should have just bought a regular pair of clamps but now thanks to your video at least I understand how to use them but my drill press does not have all the slots that yours does so they are still useless
