Dunno if you answer questions, Andris, but one came up when I was watching your instructional videos on the Grapplers Guide. During your explanation of a basic worm guard sweep you remarked that it’s imperative not to allow your opponent to step over your leg, and you advise that you keep your lapel-fed leg flexed. Is that supposed to be sufficient to hinder the step-over, or is there something else you should be doing?
