If your plastic cover is too snug. The wind rips it worse. I " somewhat" weight down the plastic covering or tarp. It doesn't rip. I found 1 full year covering anything. It begins to a fall apart after that year. ( I was living a hilly area/ plateau for 25 yrs. I went through trials & errors covering anything.) hi there i use a very heavy green house plastic ,meant to be in the sun and rain , it is held on the sides with wobble wire in a c channel , some of it is over 5 years old , john

Oy, looks like you cut a butt seat in it. I would have cut other piece at the correct spot and attempted to weld the cutout back in just to practice my bad welding. Keep up the good fight. I never get my jobs done either…
John what do you use in that wase oil sprayer. Do you think that would work on my deck wood ? It needs to be treaded and what you sprayed on those Racke looks like that would be good for the deck. I would use my garden sprayer to put it on.
