I don't do anything competitive I'm a self trained dancer but how I did my back walkover and other back tricks is that I put my arms straight in the air and go back into a backbend Then you are gonna want to kick with the leg you feel most comfortable with You are also gonna want to bend ur back a little to get ur leg to kick and go over Get something to put ur leg on top and get the leg to kick over Lastly just go for it It is okay if u are not comfortable doing it it takes some time 😊
I’m a level three competitive gymnast I’m working on breaking a mental block for bhs but like it’s scary and my fam keeps asking “so you gonna have your bhs for next comp” like gurl no I wanna see u try to do one 😭
