Really like these 👍 As you mentioned at start, we’ve done lots of attacking overload stuff, 3v2, 4v3 etc but have had to use a ‘shot clock’ in an attempt to get the match-pace, decision-making element. I like the recovery idea here ‘if you take too long defenders will recover’ Anything else along these lines would be greatly appreciated- keep up the great work 🙌

Do you know some good books about coaching? Where are for example details, what topics to train your players.

Just tell them you start at A and you need to get to B no matter what or how you do it but dont lose the joy of playing. If you want to train players to get to professional level. You need to be able to train them hard. Conditionally Physically mentally technical basic skills tactical awareness and more. You need to create winners. You should be able to rely on those players during matches. Also it would help to win more games than you lose as a coach to gain credibility. There’s no book needed anymore.
