I have been the victim of heroin-addicted mother... I was taken at 9 months due to it and I grew up with my grandparents but without a real mom, I slowly grew to hate her over the years. I messaged her and all we did was fight. I remember her saying to me "it's like liquid handcuffs" and after hearing that it just broke my heart. I tried to create a bond but she told me I was a mistake and, after that, I hated her more but I still love her in some way and I want her to get help but she won't listen to me even though I'm her son and who wants to see her getting better but she won't budge. It's very sad and I feel so heartbroken. 💔
