At 11:12… Regarding lane centering, I agree. At times FSD has my car uncomfortably close to the center line as well. And yes, based on the display, it knows it is not centered in the lane. My thoughts have always been that if I’m going to hit something I’d rather that it be a roadside mailbox than an oncoming vehicle.
@@07BSPtC the problem is the hesitation. And you don't know when it's about to do it. Do you travel thru one. Are we pressing the accelerator or just taking over? It's annoying and needs to be fixed.
FYI - From ChatGPT: You are not specifically required to slow down for a blinking yellow light, but you should proceed with caution. This means being extra vigilant, watching for other vehicles and pedestrians, and being prepared to stop if necessary. It is a signal to be more aware of your surroundings rather than a directive to slow down to a specific speed.
I don't mind slowing if I have too but if there is a car in front of you going thru it you should proceed as normal. No one slows down. But in many cases it's a jerk reaction of pulsating the brake pedal. It's bad and needs to be resolved. Looks like 12.4.3 hasn't resolved the problem that everyone is complaining about.
At 3:03 , pressing the accel pedal is an *intervention* . It means that FSD cannot drive the car properly without human assistance. 4:43 is a problem. After so many point releases, this is inexcusable. 5:16 is hard braking. A human would NOT do that. 8:50 slows down for flashing yellow light. Not good .
@@TotalTesla A lot of work to be done means just one thing: Today, FSD cannot be trusted. Today, you would not let FSD drive your wife and child around town .
