Drive-by ADA lawsuits target small businesses 

6:23 if anyone is wondering why the lawsuits would be things to be worried about when they are not even filed in court, it is as a result of a unique aspect of Minnesota's rules of civil procedure called "hip pocket service". Basically, in Minnesota and a couple of other states, a lawsuit can be live just by serving the other party with the complaint without even filing with a court (and paying the court fees). It should be obvious why these kinds of shake-down lawsuits would not be initially filed in court by the plaintiff if they can help it. They just want a quick payout and then move on. They certainly don't want to have to pay fees or to have the details of their lawsuit publicly known.

This has been happening since the beginning of time and it won't stop until the end of time🤦‍♂️.

It’s so shameful and disgusting.

I am stuck with similar law suit 3 days ago. I am wondering if there is a agency that can help us.

That's what I call robbery by lawsuit.

These people should be driven out of business and out of the country. These are are bottom-dwellers who cannot make an honest living. Make each person suing these businesses 'prove' that they were actually in the business.

Does this all smell like FRAUD. That lawyer needs to disbarred. those 4-5 or how many scammers need to go to prison. Fraud is fraud.
