Milner's car in the entire movie the driver door sagged. Or he couldn't or it wouldn't ever close the whole way. The passenger door had a hole under the door handle for a key lock.

hey guys--just had to drop you a line that we lost not only a wonderful guitar guy but a fellow "rodder"--the dear Jeff Beck--what a shock! You probably know jeff was a legend--but he built all his own street rods! He had 8 i think--but Chip heres the connection to you--he built the Milner clone. He originally wanted to buy the original car but the owner wouldnt sell it to him--so he got his hands dirty and built one--he has utube videos--check it out-what a shame of his passing🙁☹😪😓😣
So awesome! Years ago coming home from working at United Airlines at SFO I was staring out the window of the employee van on 19th Ave in SF. At a gas station was the yellow coupe with THX 138 on front license plate. I took a pic quick.
Maybe a little too much cam? Or too rich, or something. Sounds fat on the mixture at anything less than redline. Over carb'ed? Something. Just doesn't sound really tuned. Nice car.
my coupe was a 29 not 32 i didnt have stromburgs i had i four barrell carb on a 327--my girl was pretty rough compared to the creampuffs i see on utube--most parts were from junkyard--i ran open headers because the diner was only 2 miles away and very little cop action here 40 plus years ago--damn do i miss her--wonder if jeff becks widow will sell his to me

So thats probably not going to happen, so i guess ill have to paint my 55 black over the winter and meet you on Paradise Road!!!!😸😽☠🐷🐖🤣🙂🙃
@@jefftangen179 none, it work’s awesome! The big thing is to get the carbs all adjusted and in sync. Once you’re there, you’re good. It does build up just a little while at a stop light, but blows out right away after take off.
